Malgré un accueil au début de la conduite du changement plus ou moins frileux, l'ensemble de l'équipe a adopté le produit en moins d'un mois. Aujourd'hui personne n'imagine revenir en arrière, aucun process n'est plus long, aucune fonctionalité n'a été perdue. En revanche nous avons maintenant un véritable outil de planification, gestion et suivi de projet, sans pour autant avoir perdu la partie ticketing. Pros La couverture fonctionelle est immense, sans pour autant que l'ergonomie soit trop complexe. Le produit est aisément paramétrable pour retirer des fonctionalités qui ne nous intéressent pas. La réactivité du support (forum) est aussi exemplaire : tous les bugs que nous avons pu rencontrer ont toujours été corrigés en quelques jours, et certaines fonctionalités demandées ont tout simplement été développées gratuitement dès la version suivante. Cons Malgré une bonne ergonomie, quelques éléments de l'interface sont parfois un peu déroutants, ou pour bénéficier d'un élément d'ergonomie, on doit en perdre un autre. Ceci ne concerne vraiment que des petits points d'IHM, en aucun cas les fonctionalités du produit elles-mêmes. Pros ne prend pas a la légère la complexité de la gestion de projets et prend en considération tous les cas de figures. une quantité impressionnante de fonctionnalités qui dépassent sans doute la capacité d'un chef de projet, et l'usage et les interactions sont sans doute mals identifiés par les utilisateurs. Cons Installation was a little bumpy, I tried the (unsupported) Docker image, so that was my own choice. Learned a lot about Docker though.
