The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable . I am very happy with the overall service and the features . Keep it up ~

Cons

It was quite confusing and a bit hard at first but the support staffs provided were very helpful and patient . Overall , I've no complaints .

Our reservation team are aware to handle the software, so any time possible to adjust the rate/inventory and other updates.

Cons

We request to have a Dubai based office, so that instant action can be taken instead of waiting for 24 hours time frame.

Much easy to handle a property

Pros

Its cloud and very easy to understand. The local support in Sri Lanka and live online support in India always helped out when needed.

Cons

nothing major. All of our issue were sorted when informed. I am sure what ever issue we bring in the coming days also will be sorted.

I really like this software, mostly the reservation system and the channel manager, cashing centre, housekeeping and manager's reports.the staff is very friendly, very helpful.

Pros

Up Time & Online Support helps us to use this software comfortably. I personally prefer to use this software to update OTA's in one Go.

Cons

Training Dates are not easily available. There should be physical trainer available who can guide executives to perform day to day operation.

Pros

So far the software is ease to use and all staff members were very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help us if we find a problem with the system.

Cons

I had bad experienced several times that caused me to spend more time to fix it, due to staff that is not careful. But because this is a new experience for us so it takes a little longer to be able to properly operate the system.
