Pros I like that it makes my life easier with quotes by allowing me to automate prices, margins, and product configurations that I can send directly to clients. Its integrations have also been helpful for integrating data without having to enter it manually, and the electronic signature simplifies processes by giving me control and visibility over each sales step. Their support team has been very friendly and efficient in responding to help tickets in minimal time, providing detailed and well-explained information. Cons However, designing or editing a PDF to my liking takes longer than I expected because the template editor isn't as user-friendly as in other tools, and its learning curve can be long and overwhelming. Pros The simplicity of using QuoteWerks is most what I liked about it, you can do search look ups in seconds. Cons Nothing not to like least, as it was very simple to understand. Product was great 10+ yrs ago, but they've failed to innovate." December 27, 2024 1.0 This product was great when we first started using it circa 2012. Today, there are MANY more products that integrate seamlessly with our PSA system, it visually appealling to customers, and easier to manage. I do not recommend this platform. Pros I do not really like anything about this product. Cons The interface is outdated and the database management is cumbersome. It is not user-friendly, it is extremely difficult to train our sales reps and they hate the product. I do not recommend. The only reason why we have not migrated away from this platform is because we've been stuck with it for so long, and the migration away from it would cause us to lose valuable historical data.
