Pros: TDS Visitor makes it really easy for us to book future guests coming to our facility online for both individuals and larger groups for events with ease. After booking upcoming guests, they receive a notification email inviting them to the facility with all details they require, avoiding all confusion when arriving.

Cons: Having just one kiosk in our lobby sometimes creates traffic for large group events checking in, however this could probably be avoided with multiple kiosks available. We avoid this problem by having passes pre-printed before large events to be distributed.

Overall: Very user friendly system and easily understandable from both us, as the hosts and our visitors when they arrive.
