When I called to activate them they said they transferred my equipment to a different company.They told me I needed to buy new equipment. It didn't make any sense to me . They said there is nothing they can do. Currently looking for a different ELD/GPS. They scammed me and when I had proof of ownership of the equipment they didn't care and wanted me to buy new ones. Pros It was nice the system which could keep track of multiply cars and provide useful data. Right down to hard braking and exceeding the speed limit. Cons Other then the competition out there offering lower prices and them not lowering their prices there is not much to not like. Other times service as slow to update and sometimes not work resulting in a call to tech support. No credits for down time. Last time this happened I decided to see what my options were, I found another service for almost 1/2 the cost, I called to cancel my service and was asked to stay on for the day to see if they can match, 2 days latter I had to call back as I did not hear from them, Finally they sent an email saying the best the can do is $5 off a month. So I thanked them and asked to cancel and not be charged for my last month as agreed in the contract I paid first and last month up front. The shut me off that very day leaving me with our GPS Service and No Credit for the last month I had paid upfront. I paid for 4 units so that is $96 I lost for my last month I did not get. I am now Paying only $13.95 per unit and am very happy even though they stole money from me. Pros Easy to use. Pros Some technology related products like this come with a learning curve. That wasn't the case for InTouchGPS. We have been able to deploy over 50 units in a relatively short amount of time. Service has never gone down that I am aware of, and the cost has been competitive with other offerings. Cons I think the reporting could be improved. The information is there, but it is a bit cumbersome to navigate if you don't regularly pull reports. Not a big deal, as we have always been able to find what we have needed.
