User-Friendly Interface, Comprehensive Feature Set, Seamless OTA Integration, Mobile App Accessibility.... but sometimes in peack hours all coustmers care officer occasionally be busy so its my sugestions please increase the strength

Zero I also suggest near by hotels do not by this software no any reply received on time only that required charges

Not work on time no any phone call attend no any reply only that required payment if you not pay then call by then otherwise no one attended call

I don't like this software also company not providing back hand support so request you to please do not invest in this software

Now what to say negative or give a suggestion. The format of the product is also literally in one hierarchy. The hierarchy of the product is well developed.

Pros

Feed back for ezee. Manual operations come to nil from the day we select ezee.

Cons

From the day we have opted for ezee it had come to our notice that all the near by operations related to hotel had come to nil. each and every steps were very easy to mug up and simple to operate.

The eZee Absolute PMS software has been a fantastic and valuable solution for our property. It has helped us streamline all of our departments. This cost-effective solution gives us the finest technical advantage for running our event smoothly. Congratulations to the implementation and support teams for providing exceptional service.

Pros

Stay view, ease of using the software. Optimally integrated with all departments. Excellent.

Cons

Screen Refresh sometimes does not work. Bit Confusing between new and old extranet. Need 15 days business forecast chart to be captured in the Dashboard. Looking for more lighter colors for each status of the reservation. Currently you have very contrast color.

Customer Review QR code needs improvement. A review thru QR code should be made easy and capture reviews in all platforms viz., Website, Google, all OTAs etc.,

The way it makes our work easier, whether it is changing the rates, updating the availability, or keeping an update of all the bookings. Also would like to appreciate on the quick customer service.

Sometimes when we change rates - it does not change in the OTAs that are connected, where we need to contact the customer supoort for help.

It's an essential tool to our organization, without which, it would be much more difficult and time consuming to run our hotel.

Pros

I have been using eZee Absolute for my hotel reservations management for over a year, and it has significantly improved our operations vs what we had before. The software is user-friendly, making it easy for our staff to learn and use and manage all of the bookings. There are useful dashboards to help you monitor the hotel status. The mobile application allows for basic user operations such as check in and checkout. This saves a lot of time in checking in and out.

Cons

Many times, when drilling down to specific data parameters, the data is inaccurate and incomplete, often not accounting for several transactions (and I am not sure why or how to address). The mobile application is also far too limited for my use. I really would like to see more functionality from the mobile app.
