Zero I also suggest near by hotels do not by this software no any reply received on time only that required charges

Not work on time no any phone call attend no any reply only that required payment if you not pay then call by then otherwise no one attended call

Pros

i am front associate of the hotel and using this ezee absolute since a year and i completely amazed with the software all are the front operation m doing smoothly.

Cons

till now dont have any other issue my all task has been take less time and i really like it a lott this software.

User-Friendly Interface, Comprehensive Feature Set, Seamless OTA Integration, Mobile App Accessibility.... but sometimes in peack hours all coustmers care officer occasionally be busy so its my sugestions please increase the strength
