### "Great accounting system for mid size businesses"

January 21, 2026

5.0

Very positive. Netsuite has been the best accounting system I have seen across multiple industry types

Pros

Very customizable system that fits every business I've worked in. Great for accounting professionals. Very easy to use

Cons

That you need a administrator to run the system long term Additional licenses are very costly. It would be helpful if they had tiers of licenses Some companies over customize

### "Netsuite is THE system for businesses"

March 31, 2026

5.0

Having run a business for a year without it, I was seething at every turn “why doesn’t it do this - Netsuite does!” And “what. Where’s this transaction type!?” In the end I caved in and did it properly.

Pros

What I love the most about NetSuite is that it’s everything all in one box. The ease of use has a relatively modest learning curve, but with the right assistance and training, it becomes second nature. I could not run my business anywhere near as efficient without NetSuite. Evan really made a masterpiece with this!

Cons

When features come out but only for the US… we have to wait for them to become available in the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions.

Pros

Allows staff to process payments for accounts to approve and help with their budgeting targets and managing the accounting data. Not many bugs or issues and customer support is there to help if there is anything.

Cons

### "Any other ERP is better than NetSuite"

April 20, 2026

1.0

Awful and every single day I wish we had not used NetSuite as our ERP system. I received better customer service from Comcast

Pros

There is nothing NetSuite has shown or provided that I would deem acceptable. Everything about NetSuite is garbage.

Cons

Where do I begin? Our experience with Oracle NetSuite's implementation team has been one of the most frustrating and costly mistakes our company has made. From day one, it was clear that the implementation team had zero interest in actually understanding how our business operates. They followed a cookie-cutter playbook with no effort to tailor the system to our complex processes. When we tried to explain workflows that didn't fit their standard template, they looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language. Complex processes? Forget it — they simply cannot comprehend anything beyond the basics. The business services team is equally disappointing. The lack of expertise is staggering for a platform that charges enterprise-level prices. You're handed off to consultants who clearly have limited real-world implementation experience, and getting answers out of them feels like pulling teeth. The most inexcusable failure: we had a runaway process that was completely bottlenecking our financial close. Something that should have been resolved in hours took OVER A MONTH to fix. A month. We could not close our books. Our finance team was in chaos, our leadership was furious, and NetSuite's team just kept going in circles without a solution. The business impact of that single failure was enormous. If you are a company with anything beyond the simplest processes, look elsewhere. The gap between what NetSuite promises in the sales cycle and what their implementation and support teams actually deliver is massive. We paid a premium price for a subpremium experience. 1 star — and that's being generous.

### "Extremely happy with NetSuite"

March 22, 2026

It’s been brilliant for our company. We’ve gone from using a system which could not give us simple answers about product coatings and was very complicated to use, to NetSuite which shows complete transparency in all aspects of our business.

Pros

Cons

### "NetSuite Review"

April 29, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with NetSuite has been mixed. On the positive side, it is easy to use and provides a centralized platform where key functions like accounting, inventory, and reporting are all in one place. This significantly streamlines daily operations and makes accessing real-time data simple and efficient, helping teams stay aligned and make informed decisions. However, there are notable downsides. Support can be limited when issues arise, and some bugs or enhancement requests remain unresolved for long periods. Additionally, the cost of maintenance is relatively high, which can be a concern over time. Overall, while NetSuite improves efficiency, these challenges impact the overall experience.

Pros

Ease of use and everything in one place. NetSuite streamlines tasks and makes accessing real-time data simple and efficient.

Cons

Limited support for issues. Long standing bugs, issues & enhancement requests are still not resolved to date. Cost of maintenance is too high.

### "Good product but still work to do "

March 23, 2026

4.0

We see the benefits that Netsuite can provides but we have had to do a number of customisations in order to achieve our goals. The good thing is Netsuite allows those customisations.

Pros

It provides an all in one solution that allows enforcement of processes within its structure. It enables a large amount of customisation to enable the system to meet company requirements

Cons

At the current time our primary issue is system performance. Although we have reviewed the scripting and workflows and upgraded to 5 processors there still seems to be delays in simple tasks

### "Early-Stage Experience with NetSuite "

February 10, 2026

5.0

Our overall experience with NetSuite is positive, though we are still in the initial stage of usage and have not yet adopted it widely across all operations. The system shows strong potential

Pros

it offers as a comprehensive ERP solution. It has helped us streamline and centralize our pharmacy backend finance operations, improving accuracy, visibility, and control over financial processes

Cons

The main challenge with NetSuite is that the initial implementation and configuration can be complex and time-consuming, especially for first-time users. Additionally, data posting and API integration from the Oracle side can be demanding, requiring careful queue management on the ERP side. In our case, integrating an external ERP with NetSuite required extra configuration and monitoring to ensure smooth data flow.

Reason for choosing NetSuite

We are still in the pre–go-live stage, and our evaluation included alternatives such as Odoo, and ZOHO which is more cost-effective and suitable for smaller implementations. However, we chose NetSuite based on its scalability, robustness, and strong financial controls, which align better with our long-term business and compliance requirements.

### "Very Excellent"

April 28, 2026

5.0

It was a very great experience, especially since it was my first time using NetSuite. At first, I felt a bit nervous and unsure about how everything worked, but as I explored the system, I gradually became more comfortable. The interface was user-friendly, and I appreciated how organized the features were. It helped me understand how businesses manage their operations efficiently. Overall, the experience was both exciting and educational. I learned a lot in a short amount of time, and it gave me confidence to use similar systems in the future. I look forward to improving my skills and gaining more experience with NetSuite.

Pros

Like the most in the netsuite it is very intuitive and easy to use. You can easy navigate all th function.

Cons

What I liked least about NetSuite was none, as my overall experience was positive. Even though it was my first time using the system, I did not encounter any major difficulties that would stand out as something I disliked. While there were moments of confusion due to unfamiliarity, I see them as part of the learning process rather than actual drawbacks of the platform. The system worked efficiently, and its features were helpful in understanding business operations. Overall, I did not find any aspect that I would consider negative, and I am satisfied with my experience using NetSuite.

### "A Useful System with a Learning Curve"

March 26, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with NetSuite has been positive. It supports the full finance process from purchasing through to reporting, which makes it easier to manage transactions in a structured way. I’ve mainly used it for accounts payable, reconciliations, and reviewing financial data, and it has handled these tasks reliably. Over time, I’ve become more comfortable with features like saved searches and reporting, which help me work more efficiently and keep track of outstanding items or exceptions. There are still areas that take time to get used to, especially when dealing with errors or less common transactions, but once understood, the system works well.

Pros

What I like most about NetSuite is that it keeps financial and operational data in one place, which makes it easier to follow transactions from start to finish. I can see how a bill links to a purchase order and flows through to the general ledger without jumping between systems. Saved searches are also very helpful. I use them to track items like open bills, payment status, and exceptions. Once set up, they reduce the need to manually check multiple screens. I also find the structure across AP, purchasing, and GL practical for day-to-day work. It provides a consistent way to record transactions and makes month-end tasks more manageable. Overall, it helps keep processes organised and easier to review.

Cons

One of the main challenges I’ve found with NetSuite is that some processes are not very intuitive, especially for new users. It can take time to understand where to find certain functions or how different records link together. The user interface can also feel a bit outdated, and navigating between screens sometimes requires more clicks than expected. This can slow down day-to-day tasks, particularly when handling high volumes. I’ve also noticed that certain actions, like correcting transactions or managing errors, are not always straightforward and may require workarounds or deeper system knowledge.

### "A Powerful ERP with a Learning Curve but Strong Business Impact"

March 17, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with NetSuite has been very positive. It’s a powerful system that brings multiple business functions together, which has helped streamline operations and improve efficiency. Over time, I’ve become more comfortable navigating its complexities, especially around saved searches, workflows, and integrations. Working with tools like Celigo has made it even more effective, allowing seamless data flow between platforms. While there are challenges, particularly with usability and performance at times, the benefits outweigh them. It has given me strong exposure to ERP systems and helped me develop both technical and problem-solving skills in a real business environment

Pros

What I like most about NetSuite is how everything is connected in one place. You can manage financials, inventory, orders, and customers without jumping between different systems, which makes processes much smoother and more reliable. I also like how flexible it is — you can customise fields, workflows, and reports to match real business needs. The real-time data is a big plus, especially when making decisions or troubleshooting issues. From an integration perspective, working with tools like Celigo makes it even more powerful. Overall, it saves time, reduces manual work, and gives better visibility across the entire business.

Cons

What I like least about NetSuite is that it can feel quite complex and not very user-friendly, especially for new users. Simple tasks sometimes require multiple steps, and the UI can feel outdated compared to modern platforms. Customisation, while powerful, often needs technical knowledge or developer support, which can slow things down. Reporting can also be tricky, as saved searches don’t always give exactly what you need without a lot of tweaking. Performance can be inconsistent at times, especially during large data loads. Overall, while it’s powerful, it does come with a learning curve and occasional frustration.

### "NetSuite Review"

March 23, 2026

5.0

NetSuite is a powerful, flexible ERP that scales with your business. It brings financials, inventory, and operations together in one unified platform, giving you real-time visibility across the business. Performance can occasionally be slow, and the learning curve is steep, but overall it delivers strong value for growing businesses.

Pros

What I love most about NetSuite is the flexibility of the system. Whether you’re a growing startup or a complex multi-entity organization, NetSuite adapts to the way your business operates rather than forcing you to change your processes to fit the software. You can customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to match your specific needs, and as your business evolves, the platform scales right along with it. The ability to add modules — from financials and inventory to EPM and CRM — means you’re never locked into a one-size-fits-all solution. That kind of flexibility is rare in an ERP system, and it’s what makes NetSuite a long-term investment rather than just a short-term fix.

Cons

One of my biggest frustrations with NetSuite is the slow performance. At times, the system can feel sluggish, particularly when running complex reports, loading large datasets, or navigating between modules. What should be a quick task can sometimes turn into a waiting game, which interrupts workflow and reduces overall productivity. During peak usage periods, the lag becomes even more noticeable, making it difficult for teams to work efficiently under time pressure — especially during month-end close or busy operational periods. While NetSuite is a powerful cloud-based platform, the performance doesn’t always reflect that power in day-to-day use. For a system that businesses rely on as their single source of truth, faster and more consistent response times would make a significant difference in the overall user experience.

### "Comprehensive 4 year experience review"

March 17, 2026

5.0

Pros

NetSuite’s biggest "pro" is its unified database, which creates a single source of truth across finance, CRM, and inventory. This eliminates data silos and manual reconciliations, drastically speeding up financial closes. Users also love its scalability; the "OneWorld" feature handles multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global tax needs seamlessly as a company grows. Because it is cloud-native, you get real-time visibility from anywhere without maintaining servers. Finally, its deep customization allows businesses to build complex, automated workflows (SuiteFlow) that fit their specific operational DNA rather than forcing a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

Cons

Users most frequently cite high, unpredictable costs as a top grievance, specifically aggressive price hikes during contract renewals. The steep learning curve is another major hurdle; the interface feels dated and requires significant training to navigate. Implementation is often described as a "money pit"—it’s a long, complex process that frequently requires expensive external consultants. Technically, users complain about performance lag when running multiple scripts and a clunky reporting system that is unintuitive for non-technical staff. Finally, customer support is often criticized for being slow to resolve bugs, leaving businesses stuck during critical periods.

### "Respect for Technicality of Netsuite"

March 23, 2026

4.0

Working with Netsuite has been a constant exercise in learning new things. It’s healthy and fruitful.

Pros

The absolute control I have over every aspect of my business. The questions I can ask myself, only to actually build the answers with Saved Searches and Reports is the best part. I can identify weaknesses and optimise our business further.

Cons

The technicality and rudimentary learning paths. You don’t know what you don’t know. Learning Saved Searches on a deeper level has proved to be extremely challenging.

### "Powerful all in one ERP but comes with a learning curve"

April 18, 2026

3.0

My experiance with NetSuite has been mixed. It’s a very powerful ERP system and works well for managing different parts of the business in one platform. Reporting and financial tracking are strong points. At the same time it does have a learning curve and sometimes requires external consultants to fully utilize it. Once you get past that, it becomes a pretty reliable system.

Pros

It brings everything together in one place like accounting, financials, inventory and reporting. Its really helpful not having to switch between multiple systems. The real-time reporting and dashboards are pretty useful for getting a quick view of how the business is doing. It also scales well as the company grows, which is a big plus. Once everything is set up properly, it can handle a lot of complex business processes

Cons

It can be pretty complex and not very beginner friendly. The interface feels a bit outdated in some areas and takes time to get used to. Customization is powerful but also confusing unless you have proper training or support. Also the cost can be quite high, especially for smaller businesses

### "Netsuite Next : Your companion already at the Door. "

5.0

Pretty good , looking forward to have Netsuite Next soon to us. In terms of the scalability and complexity handling, I’m having already a much high experience.

Pros

The agility is part is something I admired from all about the session I saw Today. It saves a lot of time , like collecting data from the sources and exercise it in the AI windows is time consuming. This will save a lot of energy.

Cons

Little uncertainties there around the safety of data opening to the public , when employing AI connectors.
