### "Great accounting system for mid size businesses"

January 21, 2026

5.0

Very positive. Netsuite has been the best accounting system I have seen across multiple industry types

Pros

Very customizable system that fits every business I've worked in. Great for accounting professionals. Very easy to use

Cons

That you need a administrator to run the system long term Additional licenses are very costly. It would be helpful if they had tiers of licenses Some companies over customize

Very nice. My account manager, ACS manager and LCS manager are very knowledgeable and they are always there and very helpful.

Pros

It's a very power erp and great value of money. I have used it for two years now and found it's very smart and designed well.

Cons

Netsuite is one of the best ERP system I’ve worked with. It supports complex accounting processes with flexibility

Pros

It’s flexible reporting, saved searches, and dashboard helps streamline day to day accounting tasks.

Cons

### "Good Software, but poor support"

May 26, 2026

3.0

I like the software, but it needs careful attention during the set-up phase. The internal Oracle implementation team was scattered, constantly changed, and rushed us to go live. We are left to hire a third party to fix the set-ups because the post go-live support is minimal.

Pros

NetSuite is very comprehensive and can be customized to any business. The annual cost is reasonable for the functionality that you get.

Cons

NetSuite is a bit of a challenge in a manufacturing environment. It also attempts to be too comprehensive. There are just too many paths to do a single task. The use of roles complicates this even more. Different roles use different paths to do the same thing. When building reports, there are 5-10 different fields to choose from with the same name and many return no information. We were also charged extra for the addition of a few customizations that we needed. There are thousands of hours of training videos, but they all use the base software and many are out of date for the current user interface.

I always never had issues and was very easy to use compared to other systems. I could do alot of my tasks in good timing.

Pros

Cons

Nothing at all I never had any issues with finding it or using this system. It was never slow either.

### "The software offers numerous advantages, especially for trading companies and service providers!"

August 16, 2026

5.0

We handle our entire process there. Starting with inquiries, quote creation and sending, follow-up and order processing, right through to invoicing.

Pros

New users, locations or modules can be added without significant IT effort. The software is continuously improved and frequently offers new features. The system identifies bottlenecks and suggests orders. All customer data is in one place; everything is documented from the initial inquiry to the order. Best of all, NetSuite can be operated in the cloud and does not require local installation.

Cons

During our testing phase, we found no serious flaws or negative aspects of the software. It ran stable and functioned flawlessly. However, there are small bugs occuring rarely which needs to be corrected.

August 11, 2026

5.0

Overall my experience has been positive and I would continue to recommend Netsuite to other companies and users

Pros

Netsuite is user friendly and easy to train other users on it. I’ve implemented Netsuite three times across 3 different organizations.

Cons

The customer support can sometimes be hit or miss. You have to pay for extensive support or you are subjected to a ticket system.

### "NetSuite keeps us moving, mostly"

September 5, 2026

5.0

I love how the inventory management lets me set up real‑time alerts for low stock, so I never miss a reorder. It plugs straight into my purchase order workflow, automatically pulling supplier quotes and updating the purchase order line. It’s saved me hours of manual checks.

Pros

Custom reporting is a lifesaver; I built dashboards that pull live sales data and sync with Slack alerts, cutting our weekly review time by half. The integration with Salesforce is pretty solid, and the workflow automation keeps our finance team from manual data entry, which is a big win.

Cons

Documentation can be thin and the support response is slow at times. The UI feels cluttered when I try to drill down into inventory levels, and the learning curve for the advanced financial modules is steeper than expected, so I had to spend extra hours training.

### "Accountant"

March 23, 2026

4.0

found it to be a powerful and reliable system that integrates key business functions in one platform, making processes more efficient and reporting more transparent. While some features can be complex at first, especially for new users, its real-time visibility, strong financial controls, and scalability make it a valuable tool overall.

Pros

What I liked most about NetSuite was how it brings multiple business functions into one integrated platform. Instead of managing separate systems for finance, inventory, procurement, and reporting, NetSuite provides a single source of truth, which improves accuracy and efficiency. I especially value its real-time reporting and dashboard capabilities, as they support faster decision-making and better visibility across the business. Its cloud-based accessibility is also a major advantage, allowing teams to work flexibly while maintaining control and transparency. Overall, NetSuite stands out for its ability to streamline processes, strengthen financial oversight, and support scalable growth in a practical, user-friendly way.

Cons

What I liked least about NetSuite was that some processes can feel complex and less intuitive, especially for new users. Certain customisations and reports may also require extra time or technical support.

### "A good system once learned"

March 31, 2026

3.0

As we learn the system better, the time savings and data insight benefits are becoming clearer. However, it has been a long and painful process to get here and there is still work to do. The Learning Cloud Support function is excellent and I would recommend users to consider this investment to improve overall experience.

Pros

Being able to consolidate all of our companies in multi currency quickly has saved a significant amount of time. Vendor and customer dashboards allow a quick view of key information.

Cons

The Fixed Asset module is slow and clunky and lacks certain reports that auditors would expect. Some wider updates seem to lack testing so there have been issues with both bank feeds and VAT reporting in the last 18 months caused by updates that have been time consuming to resolve.

It is a fantastic system that has the capability to grow with us. Great for businesses of all sizes.

### "Great for Enterprise Finance, Challenging to Learn"

July 3, 2026

5.0

The NetSuite fully takes the painful, repetitive work out of flipping back and forth between poorly-constructed spreadsheets and clunky governmental reporting applications. Our visibility and time to reporting has been significantly improved. Plan for high training costs to overcome the steep learning curve.

Pros

The level of Financial Consolidation depth is truly phenomenal. It has served as the single source of truth for our large State based accounts, budget allocations, and business metrics spanning many utility companies. The flexibility for custom reporting and the audit readiness tracking makes meeting our regulatory reporting requirement easy.

Cons

User Interface UI is cluttered and outdated making data entry tedious for non-tech-inclined members every day. Configuring custom workflows for government compliance needed lots of personalization and required hiring costly consultants or complex scripting.

### "A Useful System with a Learning Curve"

March 26, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with NetSuite has been positive. It supports the full finance process from purchasing through to reporting, which makes it easier to manage transactions in a structured way. I’ve mainly used it for accounts payable, reconciliations, and reviewing financial data, and it has handled these tasks reliably. Over time, I’ve become more comfortable with features like saved searches and reporting, which help me work more efficiently and keep track of outstanding items or exceptions. There are still areas that take time to get used to, especially when dealing with errors or less common transactions, but once understood, the system works well.

Pros

What I like most about NetSuite is that it keeps financial and operational data in one place, which makes it easier to follow transactions from start to finish. I can see how a bill links to a purchase order and flows through to the general ledger without jumping between systems. Saved searches are also very helpful. I use them to track items like open bills, payment status, and exceptions. Once set up, they reduce the need to manually check multiple screens. I also find the structure across AP, purchasing, and GL practical for day-to-day work. It provides a consistent way to record transactions and makes month-end tasks more manageable. Overall, it helps keep processes organised and easier to review.

Cons

One of the main challenges I’ve found with NetSuite is that some processes are not very intuitive, especially for new users. It can take time to understand where to find certain functions or how different records link together. The user interface can also feel a bit outdated, and navigating between screens sometimes requires more clicks than expected. This can slow down day-to-day tasks, particularly when handling high volumes. I’ve also noticed that certain actions, like correcting transactions or managing errors, are not always straightforward and may require workarounds or deeper system knowledge.

### "NetSuite Review"

March 23, 2026

5.0

NetSuite is a powerful, flexible ERP that scales with your business. It brings financials, inventory, and operations together in one unified platform, giving you real-time visibility across the business. Performance can occasionally be slow, and the learning curve is steep, but overall it delivers strong value for growing businesses.

Pros

What I love most about NetSuite is the flexibility of the system. Whether you’re a growing startup or a complex multi-entity organization, NetSuite adapts to the way your business operates rather than forcing you to change your processes to fit the software. You can customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to match your specific needs, and as your business evolves, the platform scales right along with it. The ability to add modules — from financials and inventory to EPM and CRM — means you’re never locked into a one-size-fits-all solution. That kind of flexibility is rare in an ERP system, and it’s what makes NetSuite a long-term investment rather than just a short-term fix.

Cons

One of my biggest frustrations with NetSuite is the slow performance. At times, the system can feel sluggish, particularly when running complex reports, loading large datasets, or navigating between modules. What should be a quick task can sometimes turn into a waiting game, which interrupts workflow and reduces overall productivity. During peak usage periods, the lag becomes even more noticeable, making it difficult for teams to work efficiently under time pressure — especially during month-end close or busy operational periods. While NetSuite is a powerful cloud-based platform, the performance doesn’t always reflect that power in day-to-day use. For a system that businesses rely on as their single source of truth, faster and more consistent response times would make a significant difference in the overall user experience.

### "A Powerful ERP with a Learning Curve but Strong Business Impact"

March 17, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with NetSuite has been very positive. It’s a powerful system that brings multiple business functions together, which has helped streamline operations and improve efficiency. Over time, I’ve become more comfortable navigating its complexities, especially around saved searches, workflows, and integrations. Working with tools like Celigo has made it even more effective, allowing seamless data flow between platforms. While there are challenges, particularly with usability and performance at times, the benefits outweigh them. It has given me strong exposure to ERP systems and helped me develop both technical and problem-solving skills in a real business environment

Pros

What I like most about NetSuite is how everything is connected in one place. You can manage financials, inventory, orders, and customers without jumping between different systems, which makes processes much smoother and more reliable. I also like how flexible it is — you can customise fields, workflows, and reports to match real business needs. The real-time data is a big plus, especially when making decisions or troubleshooting issues. From an integration perspective, working with tools like Celigo makes it even more powerful. Overall, it saves time, reduces manual work, and gives better visibility across the entire business.

Cons

What I like least about NetSuite is that it can feel quite complex and not very user-friendly, especially for new users. Simple tasks sometimes require multiple steps, and the UI can feel outdated compared to modern platforms. Customisation, while powerful, often needs technical knowledge or developer support, which can slow things down. Reporting can also be tricky, as saved searches don’t always give exactly what you need without a lot of tweaking. Performance can be inconsistent at times, especially during large data loads. Overall, while it’s powerful, it does come with a learning curve and occasional frustration.

### "Netsuite administrator"

March 23, 2026

4.0

Overall, NetSuite enables us to have everything in one place, providing a single source of truth across finance, inventory, and operations. This has improved visibility, streamlined processes, and allowed us to make more informed business decisions.

Pros

What I like most about NetSuite is the endless possibilities for customisation. It allows me to tailor solutions to specific business needs, streamline workflows, and build scalable systems that truly support operational efficiency.

Cons

What I like least about NetSuite is that some features feel incomplete or not fully compatible with others. For example, consignment functionality does not work well when assembly items are enabled, which creates limitations in more complex inventory setups.

### "A Scalable ERP That Demands Expertise to Succeed"

March 23, 2026

5.0

NetSuite is not a plug-and-play system. It is a framework. If our team lacks discipline in data structure, governance, and development standards, it will turn into a slow, expensive mess. If we treat it like a strategic platform, invest in proper architecture, and build internal expertise, it becomes a powerful backbone for operations. Most companies fail because they underestimate the effort required and overestimate what comes “out of the box.” That gap is where time, money, and frustration get burned.

Pros

Highly customizable with SuiteScript and workflows Strong financial and reporting capabilities Scales well for growing and multi-entity businesses Centralized system reduces dependency on multiple tools Good automation potential when implemented correctly

Cons

Expensive across licensing, implementation, and maintenance Steep learning curve and poor user experience Over-reliance on customization for real-world use cases Weak out-of-the-box reporting for non-technical users Vendor support lacks consistency

### "Powerful All-in-One ERP with Strong Visibility and Flexibility"

March 23, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with NetSuite has been very positive. It’s a robust and scalable ERP that centralises financials, reporting, and operations in one system, which significantly improves efficiency and data integrity. The real-time visibility and strong reporting capabilities are particularly valuable for decision-making. That said, it does come with a learning curve, and some customisation or reporting tasks can require technical expertise. Performance can occasionally lag with complex data. Overall, it’s a powerful platform that delivers strong control and transparency once properly implemented and managed.

Pros

What I like most about NetSuite is its all-in-one structure—financials, reporting, and operations in one place. It provides real-time visibility and strong customisation, making processes more efficient and reducing manual work.

Cons

What I like least about NetSuite is that it can feel complex and not always intuitive, especially for new users. Certain processes require multiple steps, and reporting or customisation often needs technical knowledge. Performance can also be inconsistent at times, particularly with large datasets or saved searches, which can slow down workflows.

### "Efficiency of NS"

March 31, 2026

5.0

NetSuite is a robust, feature-rich ERP system that adds significant value through centralized data management and workflow automation. For Optoma Europe Ltd, it helps streamline operations across multiple regions. However, the complexity of the system and occasional integration glitches mean it requires ongoing administration and attention to detail to avoid errors. Overall, it is highly effective once fully configured and maintained, but may feel overwhelming for new users or teams without dedicated NetSuite expertise.

Pros

Data Management: Centralized data management across multiple subsidiaries and currencies is powerful, allowing accurate reporting and analytics.

Cons

Bugs and Issues: Occasionally, workflow automations or integrations (like those with Fiton for serial number tracking) can fail or produce duplicate records, requiring manual intervention.
