Because financial, procurement, reporting and project-related activity can all be managed in one application, time is saved because there’s no need to navigate through multiple systems to collect all the relevant details. Some areas could definitely use an update, and there were many things that took far too many clicks to access. Cons The graphical interface is extremely austere and corporate, which clashes radically with the creative universe of our industry. Every report modification or custom workflow creation requires advanced in-house technical skills, leaving me dependent on our IT department or paid technical support for the slightest process adjustment.
