### "Great accounting system for mid size businesses"

January 21, 2026

5.0

Very positive. Netsuite has been the best accounting system I have seen across multiple industry types

Pros

Very customizable system that fits every business I've worked in. Great for accounting professionals. Very easy to use

Cons

That you need a administrator to run the system long term Additional licenses are very costly. It would be helpful if they had tiers of licenses Some companies over customize

### "Awesome Developments with AI"

March 31, 2026

5.0

Over the years NetSuite has been a great engine but quite clunky, but now it's being supercharged to a different level. Awesome.

Pros

The forward thinking mindset to streamline time-consuming and mundane tasks and free up time for building and strategizing. Also, enabling decision making so much easier with great insights at the click of a button

Cons

Can't think of anything . We've used NetSuite for 8 yes and we love it except that it hasn't been an attractive platform from the user interface standpoint.

### "Powerful all in one ERP but comes with a learning curve"

April 18, 2026

3.0

My experiance with NetSuite has been mixed. It’s a very powerful ERP system and works well for managing different parts of the business in one platform. Reporting and financial tracking are strong points. At the same time it does have a learning curve and sometimes requires external consultants to fully utilize it. Once you get past that, it becomes a pretty reliable system.

Pros

It brings everything together in one place like accounting, financials, inventory and reporting. Its really helpful not having to switch between multiple systems. The real-time reporting and dashboards are pretty useful for getting a quick view of how the business is doing. It also scales well as the company grows, which is a big plus. Once everything is set up properly, it can handle a lot of complex business processes

Cons

It can be pretty complex and not very beginner friendly. The interface feels a bit outdated in some areas and takes time to get used to. Customization is powerful but also confusing unless you have proper training or support. Also the cost can be quite high, especially for smaller businesses

### "A Robust, Highly Scalable ERP for Developers and Admins"

March 17, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been highly positive, as NetSuite serves as a comprehensive "operating system" for the business. It bridges the gap between technical development and functional administration. The platform's real-time visibility through SuiteAnalytics and customizable dashboards empowers stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. While the initial implementation is resource-intensive, the long-term ROI is evident through automated processes and reduced manual entry. Having a global community and extensive documentation via SuiteAnswers is invaluable for troubleshooting. It is a powerful tool for any organization that requires a scalable, cloud-native ERP to centralize its operations and technical stack.

Pros

As a developer and administrator, the most compelling aspect of NetSuite is its unified data model and the robustness of the SuiteCloud platform. Unlike fragmented systems, NetSuite provides a single source of truth that simplifies data management across accounting, CRM, and inventory. I highly value the flexibility of SuiteScript (based on JavaScript), which allows for deep customization of business logic and automated workflows. The Schema Browser and SuiteTalk REST/SOAP APIs make integrations with third-party applications seamless. Furthermore, the ability to create custom records and fields without complex database management ensures the system scales effortlessly with evolving business requirements.

Cons

The primary challenge lies in the steep learning curve and the occasional performance bottlenecks within the UI during peak hours. From an administrative standpoint, the governance limits on SuiteScript can sometimes be restrictive, requiring creative optimization to handle large data volumes without hitting execution caps. Additionally, while the bi-annual releases bring innovative features, they necessitate rigorous regression testing in the Sandbox to ensure custom scripts and workflows remain functional. Lastly, the cost of additional modules and the premium price for Sandbox environments can be a significant hurdle for mid-sized companies looking to expand their footprint.

It is a fantastic system that has the capability to grow with us. Great for businesses of all sizes.

Pros

How flexible it is. Had good capabilities for customisation and growth and can suit the requirements of every business. AI capabilities are also making the system more useful as they are providing quicker and more useful insights.

Cons

Can be quite expensive for a small companies like us. We know our growth plan and what we would like to get out of NetSuite but the price of certain modules can hold us back.

### "NetSuite as my personal best ERP system"

May 4, 2026

5.0

My overall experience in NetSuite is incredible. As an accountant, it helps me to easily navigate on my needed reports with customization. As someone with with experience with various ERPs, NetSuite has the edge in terms of 3rd party application integrations, okay customer support, and reports for actual vs budget reports.

Pros

What I kike about NetSuite is how easily to store data and generate reports including how easy the integration from other application

Cons

What I like the least about NetSuite in general is the pricing maybe as it a bit pricey compared to other ERPs

### "Very Excellent"

April 28, 2026

5.0

It was a very great experience, especially since it was my first time using NetSuite. At first, I felt a bit nervous and unsure about how everything worked, but as I explored the system, I gradually became more comfortable. The interface was user-friendly, and I appreciated how organized the features were. It helped me understand how businesses manage their operations efficiently. Overall, the experience was both exciting and educational. I learned a lot in a short amount of time, and it gave me confidence to use similar systems in the future. I look forward to improving my skills and gaining more experience with NetSuite.

Pros

Like the most in the netsuite it is very intuitive and easy to use. You can easy navigate all th function.

Cons

What I liked least about NetSuite was none, as my overall experience was positive. Even though it was my first time using the system, I did not encounter any major difficulties that would stand out as something I disliked. While there were moments of confusion due to unfamiliarity, I see them as part of the learning process rather than actual drawbacks of the platform. The system worked efficiently, and its features were helpful in understanding business operations. Overall, I did not find any aspect that I would consider negative, and I am satisfied with my experience using NetSuite.

March 31, 2026

5.0

Overall we are very happy with NetSuite and have been using many parts of it for over 5 years. We really pleased with ERP Accounts and Demand Planing modules.

Pros

We like. NetSuite because it is Saas solves for us issues of not needing to worried about hosting and related issues. This is great value for money as n need for extra supporting staff. There are literally hundreds of partners and apps to help with you NetSuite needs

Cons

Nothing is perfect but it’s hard to find bad things about NetSuite in particular. If you’re not careful it is possible to overcomplicate your setup. But that is very small risk with good partner.

### "Accountant"

March 23, 2026

4.0

found it to be a powerful and reliable system that integrates key business functions in one platform, making processes more efficient and reporting more transparent. While some features can be complex at first, especially for new users, its real-time visibility, strong financial controls, and scalability make it a valuable tool overall.

Pros

What I liked most about NetSuite was how it brings multiple business functions into one integrated platform. Instead of managing separate systems for finance, inventory, procurement, and reporting, NetSuite provides a single source of truth, which improves accuracy and efficiency. I especially value its real-time reporting and dashboard capabilities, as they support faster decision-making and better visibility across the business. Its cloud-based accessibility is also a major advantage, allowing teams to work flexibly while maintaining control and transparency. Overall, NetSuite stands out for its ability to streamline processes, strengthen financial oversight, and support scalable growth in a practical, user-friendly way.

Cons

What I liked least about NetSuite was that some processes can feel complex and less intuitive, especially for new users. Certain customisations and reports may also require extra time or technical support.

### "From First Impressions to Full Integration: NetSuite Delivers Where It Counts "

February 14, 2026

5.0

My initial impression wasn’t great—I found the interface overwhelming and not very intuitive. But after spending time with it and learning the system, I completely changed my mind. NetSuite turned out to be a robust, scalable platform that, once configured properly, streamlined our operations and gave us visibility we didn’t have before. It’s not the easiest software to learn, but the payoff in functionality and integration is absolutely worth the effort.

Pros

Powerful ERP software with a strong infrastructure that seamlessly integrates financials, inventory, and order management in one platform. It scales well as your business grows, provides real-time visibility across departments, and offers extensive customization options to match complex workflows.

Cons

WMS lacks key features like cubic measurement for warehouse inventory, which made managing box dimensions and storage capacity more manual than expected. This limitation reduces efficiency in space planning and order packing, requiring workarounds that add time and complexity to daily operations.

### "New to the platform"

5.0

I have found that the capabilities to import data from disparate platforms was relatively straightforward. SuiteAnswers has been an invaluable tool in helping find what I need. Our implementation team did a good job of supporting us through the process of implementation and initial configuration.

Pros

### "A Powerful ERP with a Learning Curve but Strong Business Impact"

March 17, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with NetSuite has been very positive. It’s a powerful system that brings multiple business functions together, which has helped streamline operations and improve efficiency. Over time, I’ve become more comfortable navigating its complexities, especially around saved searches, workflows, and integrations. Working with tools like Celigo has made it even more effective, allowing seamless data flow between platforms. While there are challenges, particularly with usability and performance at times, the benefits outweigh them. It has given me strong exposure to ERP systems and helped me develop both technical and problem-solving skills in a real business environment

Pros

What I like most about NetSuite is how everything is connected in one place. You can manage financials, inventory, orders, and customers without jumping between different systems, which makes processes much smoother and more reliable. I also like how flexible it is — you can customise fields, workflows, and reports to match real business needs. The real-time data is a big plus, especially when making decisions or troubleshooting issues. From an integration perspective, working with tools like Celigo makes it even more powerful. Overall, it saves time, reduces manual work, and gives better visibility across the entire business.

Cons

What I like least about NetSuite is that it can feel quite complex and not very user-friendly, especially for new users. Simple tasks sometimes require multiple steps, and the UI can feel outdated compared to modern platforms. Customisation, while powerful, often needs technical knowledge or developer support, which can slow things down. Reporting can also be tricky, as saved searches don’t always give exactly what you need without a lot of tweaking. Performance can be inconsistent at times, especially during large data loads. Overall, while it’s powerful, it does come with a learning curve and occasional frustration.

### "NetSuite Review"

March 23, 2026

5.0

NetSuite is a powerful, flexible ERP that scales with your business. It brings financials, inventory, and operations together in one unified platform, giving you real-time visibility across the business. Performance can occasionally be slow, and the learning curve is steep, but overall it delivers strong value for growing businesses.

Pros

What I love most about NetSuite is the flexibility of the system. Whether you’re a growing startup or a complex multi-entity organization, NetSuite adapts to the way your business operates rather than forcing you to change your processes to fit the software. You can customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to match your specific needs, and as your business evolves, the platform scales right along with it. The ability to add modules — from financials and inventory to EPM and CRM — means you’re never locked into a one-size-fits-all solution. That kind of flexibility is rare in an ERP system, and it’s what makes NetSuite a long-term investment rather than just a short-term fix.

Cons

One of my biggest frustrations with NetSuite is the slow performance. At times, the system can feel sluggish, particularly when running complex reports, loading large datasets, or navigating between modules. What should be a quick task can sometimes turn into a waiting game, which interrupts workflow and reduces overall productivity. During peak usage periods, the lag becomes even more noticeable, making it difficult for teams to work efficiently under time pressure — especially during month-end close or busy operational periods. While NetSuite is a powerful cloud-based platform, the performance doesn’t always reflect that power in day-to-day use. For a system that businesses rely on as their single source of truth, faster and more consistent response times would make a significant difference in the overall user experience.

### "A Useful System with a Learning Curve"

March 26, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with NetSuite has been positive. It supports the full finance process from purchasing through to reporting, which makes it easier to manage transactions in a structured way. I’ve mainly used it for accounts payable, reconciliations, and reviewing financial data, and it has handled these tasks reliably. Over time, I’ve become more comfortable with features like saved searches and reporting, which help me work more efficiently and keep track of outstanding items or exceptions. There are still areas that take time to get used to, especially when dealing with errors or less common transactions, but once understood, the system works well.

Pros

What I like most about NetSuite is that it keeps financial and operational data in one place, which makes it easier to follow transactions from start to finish. I can see how a bill links to a purchase order and flows through to the general ledger without jumping between systems. Saved searches are also very helpful. I use them to track items like open bills, payment status, and exceptions. Once set up, they reduce the need to manually check multiple screens. I also find the structure across AP, purchasing, and GL practical for day-to-day work. It provides a consistent way to record transactions and makes month-end tasks more manageable. Overall, it helps keep processes organised and easier to review.

Cons

One of the main challenges I’ve found with NetSuite is that some processes are not very intuitive, especially for new users. It can take time to understand where to find certain functions or how different records link together. The user interface can also feel a bit outdated, and navigating between screens sometimes requires more clicks than expected. This can slow down day-to-day tasks, particularly when handling high volumes. I’ve also noticed that certain actions, like correcting transactions or managing errors, are not always straightforward and may require workarounds or deeper system knowledge.

### "Comprehensive 4 year experience review"

March 17, 2026

5.0

Pros

NetSuite’s biggest "pro" is its unified database, which creates a single source of truth across finance, CRM, and inventory. This eliminates data silos and manual reconciliations, drastically speeding up financial closes. Users also love its scalability; the "OneWorld" feature handles multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global tax needs seamlessly as a company grows. Because it is cloud-native, you get real-time visibility from anywhere without maintaining servers. Finally, its deep customization allows businesses to build complex, automated workflows (SuiteFlow) that fit their specific operational DNA rather than forcing a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

Cons

Users most frequently cite high, unpredictable costs as a top grievance, specifically aggressive price hikes during contract renewals. The steep learning curve is another major hurdle; the interface feels dated and requires significant training to navigate. Implementation is often described as a "money pit"—it’s a long, complex process that frequently requires expensive external consultants. Technically, users complain about performance lag when running multiple scripts and a clunky reporting system that is unintuitive for non-technical staff. Finally, customer support is often criticized for being slow to resolve bugs, leaving businesses stuck during critical periods.

### "Great Features, Steep Learning Curve."

April 15, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with NetSuite Inventory Management has been a mix of powerful functionality and noticeable complexity. It is noticeably robust and once it is properly set up, it dramatically improves organization, accuracy and efficiency. The automation features - like reordering and tracking - have helped to reduce manual work and streamline operations. That said, getting to that point was not easy. The implementation process was time-consuming and required outside support to configure properly. Training is essential, and even then, it can take a while to feel fully comfortable when navigating the system. Overall, it is a powerful and scalable solution that works best for businesses with complex inventory needs and resources to support it. However, companies looking for something more budget-friendly or simple may find it overwhelming.

Pros

Real-time inventory visibility: You can see exactly what is in stock, where it is and how it is moving in real time across all locations. Automation saves time and reduces errors: Fewer spreadsheets and fewer human mistakes, less manual work. Multi-location management: Being able to transfer stock between locations efficiently is a huge plus.

Cons

It is a bit pricey, especially for smaller businesses. There is quite a steep learning curve. The setup and implementation can be a bit complex. It may be "too much system" and contain features that will never be used by some businesses.

### "Efficiency of NS"

March 31, 2026

5.0

NetSuite is a robust, feature-rich ERP system that adds significant value through centralized data management and workflow automation. For Optoma Europe Ltd, it helps streamline operations across multiple regions. However, the complexity of the system and occasional integration glitches mean it requires ongoing administration and attention to detail to avoid errors. Overall, it is highly effective once fully configured and maintained, but may feel overwhelming for new users or teams without dedicated NetSuite expertise.

Pros

Data Management: Centralized data management across multiple subsidiaries and currencies is powerful, allowing accurate reporting and analytics.

Cons

Bugs and Issues: Occasionally, workflow automations or integrations (like those with Fiton for serial number tracking) can fail or produce duplicate records, requiring manual intervention.
