Works well for most aspects but FSM lets it down and is time consuming to manage with rubbish data. Pros Control of financials. Visually easy to manage and if you make errors it is easy to fix. We went from multiple systems into one so great having everything in the one place. Cons FSM seems to be in a development phase. For our company, it is not up to scratch. The solution from WIP is not ideal and we have many issues with time bills. Comprehensive set of features that is easy to navigate and just works. Minimal or no need for user support. Pros Netsuite provides a very intuitive user interface. All main categories are listed on the left side of the page and drill down to accomplish specific tasks is easy. Cons Not available yet in Ukrainian language. In some cases the reporting is limited and have to extract data to produce the reports required. By that time we had to switch over to something that would suite our business needs. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very rude after we decided we didn't want to stick with NetSuite he took no responsibility in their issues with us and basically said we are screwed if we don't pay and offered no help and we are only months away from the end of the contract. You guys have not locked us out from doing business and I can't even pay my employees because of this. Does Netsuite not have any responsibilities in this matter? No accountability to your software? As of right now we cannot conduct business and this has been the worst customer experience in my life with any company.
