I learned everything i know from netsuite and will forever be grateful. Pros Ease of use. Everything is like drag and drop and is very user friendly. It also makes data managament easier. Its a value for money compared to other erps. Cons Bugs and issues. The amount of time to fix issues are taking much longer now compared to before and it is very frustrating. Pros The fact that AI is being incorporated more. How easy the system is to use. I like the fact you can have 360 dashboards, something I didn’t know before and will definitely take away from today and try and incorporate into my monthly reporting Cons The lack of training and also reporting. We have had netsuite for approx 2 years and not had much training, so coming to these conferences does help us find out parts of the system that we could be using but didn’t know about from our account manager. What I really love is that customer support is with you the whole step of the way Pros Next week was very easy to use it had invoicing which I use a lot for my company data management, which I also use a lot for my company. It did have a few bugs and issues but nothing that customer support couldn’t handle within a few minutes. Definitely a value for your money.. Cons Besides the bugs and issues, I didn’t like that I felt like it was limited. I also feel like there was so much more next suite could have placed in their software to make it amazing. Based on my personal experience, it is so easy to navigate, drill down, and customize the data. Pros NS is user friend ERP system, and the system can easily integrated with other apps. The operation process is smooth and seamless. Cons The year on year annual subscription fee is very expensive in the later years when the initial discount benefit drops. It is a big curdle for SME to catch up. From enhanced efficiency, a reduction of errors, and a consolidation of numerous data sources into one, this has drastically improved our scalability as we take that step from a start-up company to a big player in the market. Pros The thing I like most about NetSuite is how granular and customized you can make the software. We have a very complex billing structure that required a lot of customizations and the team was able to write the necessary scripts so we could complete the billing tasks required. Given we are a company in the fraud and risk space, the level at which we can set permissions for our team members and their access has also been crucial. One other thing that we find very valuable about NetSuite is the way it enhanced our month-end invoicing and month-end close process. The automations provided cut the timing of each of these items roughly in half, with a reduction in errors as well, because it eliminated a lot of the manual touchpoints we previously had. NetSuite also has a lot of beneficial integrations we have leveraged, allowing us to consolidate a lot of our data sources in one spot. Cons The biggest downfall I have with NetSuite is also related to all of our customizations. Given we have so many scripts written just for us, it can be a little cumbersome to get a resolution if something from one of the scripts does not seem to be working properly. That said, NetSuite has always stayed on top of any support tickets we created and made sure the right people got involved to provide a resolution. Cons No cons from today’s event although it would be good to have more of the automated reconciliations in the core product rather than bolt ons i.e. bank reconciliations. It has simplified many processes and automated others. It was very intutive and easy to pick up for new users. Pros Netsuite has tons of built-in automation. The consolidation process is much quicker and the integrations provide many opportunities for efficiencies. Cons Netsuite is expansive. It takes time to get to know how to make the most of it. Ideally, you would have someone with more experience to reach out to for questions. The layout is very comfortable to read. Pros From the event that we had, I like the ability to add formula to the financial report. We were demonstrated to add the debt ratio to the balance sheet. This customized report is great. Cons It's great that we can saved the frequent use reports or saved searches in the favorite. I like that we have an account manager that we have access to, so can go directly to him. Once you’re used to it, the dashboards and real time data make it much easier to stay on top of things. Cons It can be pretty confusing at the start and definitely takes some time to learn. Also, setting things up or making changes isn’t always straightforward and can end up costing more than expected.
