Our implementation was incomplete leaving us having to pay new developers to fi serrarra constuling was arrogant and sloppy. And with lack of customer service we spent years in private contracts with their development partner Aminion was and still is fantastic....but not cheap: here's a real stat for ya...switching from Netsuite ecommerce to shopify we was gains of 25-30 monthly. Netsuites templates are old and ugly and if you want something done right just do it yourself because they will over charge you and deliver an ugly product mo the past delivery. I'm celebrating my last few contractual weeks on this platform the gave up on small business. Bright pearl. Zoho. Full cycle light....the list goes on and on for better solutions at half the cost.

Pros

While utilizing the system it provided a lot of different functionalities. The company has multiple entities and cost centers within each entity which all had different cost codes. The system kept everything orderly and made it easy to record keep for each entity and department.

Cons

I did not have any negative experiences with this particular service. Maybe just the initial set up was challenging because we had a complicated structure.

This is a great platform with a lot to offer, almost too much! A bit of a steeper learning curve for anyone without previous ERP experience. I work in Customer Service, so from my experience the customer support side of things could be designed more intuitively, with more customer experience feedback opportunities.

Pros

It works, one platform means less connectors and easier control over your technology stack.

Cons

Steep learning curve, interface is a bit outdated.

Pros

Very little maintenance is required on my part. The availability of a cloud-based solution dispels the requirement of an in-house service, which has important cost implications. All updates are done by . The ease of organizating data is an obvious plus side.

Cons

Physical inventory not coming with an option to lock or freeze quantities at an instant time-wise. User/role permissions are granular, which is great but sometimes the definitions are not clear. Outlook Integration has been frustrating so far, working for a while then just stopping for no apparent reason.

Nice customer service but slow to migrate. It is free to nonprofit so even better.

Pros

It was free because of non profit. I believe the owner of Oracle's wife likes tot help nonprofits so they reached out to us and we are interested

Cons

Taking forever to get them to migrate from QB to their set up. Other than that the transition has been fine.

Since everyone in your organization is connected to the customer relationship management software, you can track each employee's workflow, task-completion ratio and progress reports. The group calendar is a great place for everyone to keep track of their to-do lists and show off their accomplishments when they are completed. There are plenty of helps and walk-throughs that each user can access for help in using the CRM software. You can create links to articles or upload documents that have an outline of company policies and procedures.

Pros

The ability to add data points to the customer and also to build a customer using project modules all while keeping the books accurately reflecting that financial relationship.

Cons

It doesn't have live chat support, nor does it have a social CRM application. Higher turnaround times for complaint resolution

is the leader in cloud-based ERP software. It's platform is the oldest in the industry, and is easily scale able, configurable and customizable for businesses. Their model of using Netsuite employees to deploy is a great one, ensures a smoother turnound and quality implementation.

Cons

is not for every industry, 3rd party integrations do not go well sometimes, and Netsuite is very expensive.

Our company uses for beginning to end. We upgraded our system to NetSuite. It was certainly a huge upgrade, but it came with a lot of pros and cons.

Pros

Ability to customize using SuiteScript (need some background in coding first). Cloud-based, access anywhere. It will become more efficient if you invest in more money to customize it.

Cons

Extremely expensive. Servers breakdowns once in a while.

Great interface and SaaS savvy. User friendly and I enjoy having the dashboard functionalities. Internal control/segregation of duties so a step up from QuickBooks.

Cons

Complexity in Sales Order (link to SFDC) and Revenue Recognition methodology set up. Sometimes the customer support are not subject experts so it's hit or miss depending on who you get.

Pros

As an ERP, it integrates more of our business processes vs the standard CRM, so our sales team is able to see real time inventory and availability of our parts. Additionally, the integration into UPS helps us track packages and communicate shipping information.

Cons

The support, report usability, and customer service. They sell support packages with the initial package and are unwilling to help with basic issues. The knowledge base is very general, and if you send in an email ticket, you generally receive a link to the general knowledge base articles.

combines the ease of use of QuickBooks with some of the power of the large scale ERP systems. The staff accountants had no problem picking up their daily duties after we implemented NetSuite, but some of the advanced features, such as the CSV imports, have made everyone's lives easier. Also, their online help is easy to navigate and has extensive content.

Cons

Since there are so many features available that we don't use, they can sometimes be confusing to the user. It's possible to hide those options, but customizing the system takes some time.
