Controller Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "NetSuite Accounting Software" May 12, 2015 4.0 Pros It was easy to implement and vendor provided good consultants and support through all phases of implementation from scope to post live. Cons Customizing reports can be challenging with all transaction and account field included in the standard report, you need to know the exact field name and where it is located. We went live 2 weeks back, so I am sure this will not be the issue after couple of months. Review Source BF Brian F. Pros Overall a great solution with lots of modules and options for manufacturing. Great qualification skills and a effective demo from their staff. Cons We came to the understanding that our company would not be a good fit for the solutions. It is great to work with a vendor that gives you straight answers and does not try and over sell. Pros NetSuite CRM is a fully functional web-based CRM with a good many features and functions. The customisation possibilities are incredible and it sports every API you can dream of. Cons NetSuite CRM is naturally bloated, as with all feature-rich products. Hence, the learning curve will require some time. Review Source GSC Gargi Singh C. It sometimes lags a bit, but the overall workflow is good. If the glitch's are removed I would say it is value for money spent. Pros The swift and quick response time of the user interface. Integration of information from customer database, to shipping (fulfilling), to billing, to accounting and bookkeeping, to email campaigns, to website management, and report generation.
