For financial reporting, CRM, shipping, retail website and e commerce etc. Marketing uses NetSuite to track leads and campaign responses, Sales uses the CRM to track prospects through the sales process, Support uses case management to track issues and call volumes. Now we have all of that in one system, and with a little bit of scripting we perform margin tests on opportunities that allow for automated approval routing before estimates are sent to customers. Real-time access to virtually any data in the system—via customizable templates and custom reports—combined with the ability to create unlimited what-if scenarios makes NetSuite an exceptionally powerful financial planning tool. There is not always a consistent naming of fields when customizing reports and searches. While this not a problem for a super user, it can be confusing for those not as experienced. Like any cloud solution, speed is always an issue. Companies need to really optimize their network to get the best results. Sending out emails is cumbersome and can be improved. Monthly inventory adjustment won't be too hard" February 1, 2018 4.0 Pros I need to enter a huge amount of data for our inventory. It was easier for me to do inventory adjustment monthly. They have many different third party applications that can be added easily. Cons The interface, while nice, is a bit unintuitive at first.
