Pros Easy to use, extremely customizable and its a one stop shop for all your accounting needs even payroll. Cons The one thing that I did not enjoy is that for certain countries the software has not yet been localized. Which in essence means that the tax implications and payroll is still US and not been amended for the specific country other than the major countries. Review Source TW Tim W. Pros Netsuite is a great product to use. i especially enjoyed being able to have all my information in the cloud. Training to use this application is not necessary as anyone can easily navigate through the system fairly easily. Easy to see where paycheck history is stored. Cons We ended up going away from Netsuite because the application wasn't strong enough to support our manufacturing planning and processing. Unfortunate because they were our front runner. Especially for new-comers to CRM systems. Cons We were new to CRM systems and did not realize each was tailored to specific type of business or organization. In addition, NetSuite serves as our ERP and CRM system. The entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation through opportunities, quotes, sales orders, billing, collection, and customer service provisioning is done utilizing NetSuite as our one tool for all. Pros Good search capabilities over competitors like sap business one and Microsoft dynamics nav Centralizes historic customer data and available for inquiries Automates the processes and eliminates unnecessary paperwork.
