Pros The support offered by account managers. Their guidance is very valuable, and their friendly approach makes asking questions less intimidating. Cons The extra cost of add ons to your subscriptions. There are lots of great features on offer but it makes it harder for smaller business to make the most of them due to cost. This is the strength of this software Cons The costs, difficulty and time it takes to have any changes made. It took almost a year and large amounts of money to have the system set up to function how we need. It was impossible to have this done yourself so it was constant delays and waiting. I would have thought they have done it all before. But no. Every change was a new project.
