### "Great accounting system for mid size businesses"

January 21, 2026

5.0

Very positive. has been the best accounting system I have seen across multiple industry types

Pros

Very customizable system that fits every business I've worked in. Great for accounting professionals. Very easy to use

Cons

That you need a administrator to run the system long term Additional licenses are very costly. It would be helpful if they had tiers of licenses Some companies over customize

### "Powerful all in one ERP but comes with a learning curve"

April 18, 2026

3.0

My experiance with has been mixed. It’s a very powerful ERP system and works well for managing different parts of the business in one platform. Reporting and financial tracking are strong points. At the same time it does have a learning curve and sometimes requires external consultants to fully utilize it. Once you get past that, it becomes a pretty reliable system.

Pros

It brings everything together in one place like accounting, financials, inventory and reporting. Its really helpful not having to switch between multiple systems. The real-time reporting and dashboards are pretty useful for getting a quick view of how the business is doing. It also scales well as the company grows, which is a big plus. Once everything is set up properly, it can handle a lot of complex business processes

Cons

It can be pretty complex and not very beginner friendly. The interface feels a bit outdated in some areas and takes time to get used to. Customization is powerful but also confusing unless you have proper training or support. Also the cost can be quite high, especially for smaller businesses

### "A Robust, Highly Scalable ERP for Developers and Admins"

March 17, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been highly positive, as serves as a comprehensive "operating system" for the business. It bridges the gap between technical development and functional administration. The platform's real-time visibility through SuiteAnalytics and customizable dashboards empowers stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. While the initial implementation is resource-intensive, the long-term ROI is evident through automated processes and reduced manual entry. Having a global community and extensive documentation via SuiteAnswers is invaluable for troubleshooting. It is a powerful tool for any organization that requires a scalable, cloud-native ERP to centralize its operations and technical stack.

Pros

As a developer and administrator, the most compelling aspect of is its unified data model and the robustness of the SuiteCloud platform. Unlike fragmented systems, NetSuite provides a single source of truth that simplifies data management across accounting, CRM, and inventory. I highly value the flexibility of SuiteScript (based on JavaScript), which allows for deep customization of business logic and automated workflows. The Schema Browser and SuiteTalk REST/SOAP APIs make integrations with third-party applications seamless. Furthermore, the ability to create custom records and fields without complex database management ensures the system scales effortlessly with evolving business requirements.

Cons

The primary challenge lies in the steep learning curve and the occasional performance bottlenecks within the UI during peak hours. From an administrative standpoint, the governance limits on SuiteScript can sometimes be restrictive, requiring creative optimization to handle large data volumes without hitting execution caps. Additionally, while the bi-annual releases bring innovative features, they necessitate rigorous regression testing in the Sandbox to ensure custom scripts and workflows remain functional. Lastly, the cost of additional modules and the premium price for Sandbox environments can be a significant hurdle for mid-sized companies looking to expand their footprint.

Pros

### "Great Features, Steep Learning Curve."

April 15, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Inventory Management has been a mix of powerful functionality and noticeable complexity. It is noticeably robust and once it is properly set up, it dramatically improves organization, accuracy and efficiency. The automation features - like reordering and tracking - have helped to reduce manual work and streamline operations. That said, getting to that point was not easy. The implementation process was time-consuming and required outside support to configure properly. Training is essential, and even then, it can take a while to feel fully comfortable when navigating the system. Overall, it is a powerful and scalable solution that works best for businesses with complex inventory needs and resources to support it. However, companies looking for something more budget-friendly or simple may find it overwhelming.

Pros

Real-time inventory visibility: You can see exactly what is in stock, where it is and how it is moving in real time across all locations. Automation saves time and reduces errors: Fewer spreadsheets and fewer human mistakes, less manual work. Multi-location management: Being able to transfer stock between locations efficiently is a huge plus.

Cons

It is a bit pricey, especially for smaller businesses. There is quite a steep learning curve. The setup and implementation can be a bit complex. It may be "too much system" and contain features that will never be used by some businesses.

### "Best ERP that Continously Improves"

April 28, 2026

5.0

is an accurate ERP system as long as the master data is clean and well-maintained, since the quality and reliability of its outputs heavily depend on having consistent, accurate, and properly managed data inputs across the organization.

Pros

continuously improves and updates its platform, regularly introducing new features, enhancements, and optimizations to ensure users benefit from better performance, increased efficiency, and evolving business capabilities.

Cons

One of the least favorable aspects of is its complexity, as the system can be difficult to learn and navigate, especially for new users, often requiring significant time, training, and support to fully utilize its features.

### "A Flexible ERP With Strong Capabilities but a Steep Learning Curve"

April 22, 2026

5.0

Overall, is a powerful and flexible ERP, but it requires a thoughtful governance structure to get the most value out of it. Once configured properly, it supports efficient financial operations, consistent reporting, and scalable processes. The learning curve is noticeable, yet the platform becomes significantly more effective as teams gain familiarity and establish clear administrative practices.

Pros

provides a highly configurable, cloud‑based platform that centralizes financials, operational data, and reporting in one system. Its role‑based access model, native workflows, and SuiteAnalytics tools make it easy to tailor processes without heavy development. The system’s reliability and real‑time visibility into transactions are strong advantages for growing organizations.

Cons

Administrative configuration can feel unintuitive at times, especially for teams without prior experience. Some areas—such as permissions, workflow logic, and SuiteApp updates—require deeper technical knowledge than expected. Documentation for customizations is limited, and certain changes still rely on external consultants or support partners.

It’s been brilliant for our company. We’ve gone from using a system which could not give us simple answers about product coatings and was very complicated to use, to which shows complete transparency in all aspects of our business.

Pros

Cons

### "Early-Stage Experience with NetSuite "

February 10, 2026

5.0

Our overall experience with is positive, though we are still in the initial stage of usage and have not yet adopted it widely across all operations. The system shows strong potential

Pros

it offers as a comprehensive ERP solution. It has helped us streamline and centralize our pharmacy backend finance operations, improving accuracy, visibility, and control over financial processes

Cons

The main challenge with is that the initial implementation and configuration can be complex and time-consuming, especially for first-time users. Additionally, data posting and API integration from the Oracle side can be demanding, requiring careful queue management on the ERP side. In our case, integrating an external ERP with NetSuite required extra configuration and monitoring to ensure smooth data flow.

### "Comprehensive 4 year experience review"

March 17, 2026

5.0

Pros

’s biggest "pro" is its unified database, which creates a single source of truth across finance, CRM, and inventory. This eliminates data silos and manual reconciliations, drastically speeding up financial closes. Users also love its scalability; the "OneWorld" feature handles multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global tax needs seamlessly as a company grows. Because it is cloud-native, you get real-time visibility from anywhere without maintaining servers. Finally, its deep customization allows businesses to build complex, automated workflows (SuiteFlow) that fit their specific operational DNA rather than forcing a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

Cons

Users most frequently cite high, unpredictable costs as a top grievance, specifically aggressive price hikes during contract renewals. The steep learning curve is another major hurdle; the interface feels dated and requires significant training to navigate. Implementation is often described as a "money pit"—it’s a long, complex process that frequently requires expensive external consultants. Technically, users complain about performance lag when running multiple scripts and a clunky reporting system that is unintuitive for non-technical staff. Finally, customer support is often criticized for being slow to resolve bugs, leaving businesses stuck during critical periods.

### "Respect for Technicality of Netsuite"

Working with has been a constant exercise in learning new things. It’s healthy and fruitful.

Pros

The absolute control I have over every aspect of my business. The questions I can ask myself, only to actually build the answers with Saved Searches and Reports is the best part. I can identify weaknesses and optimise our business further.

Cons

The technicality and rudimentary learning paths. You don’t know what you don’t know. Learning Saved Searches on a deeper level has proved to be extremely challenging.

### "A Scalable ERP That Demands Expertise to Succeed"

March 23, 2026

5.0

is not a plug-and-play system. It is a framework. If our team lacks discipline in data structure, governance, and development standards, it will turn into a slow, expensive mess. If we treat it like a strategic platform, invest in proper architecture, and build internal expertise, it becomes a powerful backbone for operations. Most companies fail because they underestimate the effort required and overestimate what comes “out of the box.” That gap is where time, money, and frustration get burned.

Pros

Highly customizable with SuiteScript and workflows Strong financial and reporting capabilities Scales well for growing and multi-entity businesses Centralized system reduces dependency on multiple tools Good automation potential when implemented correctly

Cons

Expensive across licensing, implementation, and maintenance Steep learning curve and poor user experience Over-reliance on customization for real-world use cases Weak out-of-the-box reporting for non-technical users Vendor support lacks consistency

### "It's running pretty good and the cloud performance has also been pretty normal lately"

November 24, 2025

4.0

We use it for the purpose of the "one stop shop" idea where I don't have to log into three different applications just to look at an invoice. We have also had some luck keeping our inventory numbers from being absolutely incorrect, and we have had luck with using the software for manufacturing attributes.

Pros

It's cold enough to freeze right now due to AC that will not turn off, and I am staring at my computer monitor. At least the new tab layout is slightly better than before. Although this could have crashed or failed to load (as most all of them do) I was able to access web features. With a little patience you can really customize your dashboards if you are willing to spend time configuring your own custom fields.

Cons

The Save and Delete buttons were moved and honestly why would you do that? There is such a large amount of empty white space on the screen while I am trying to view data, it seems like a wasted use of pixels. Normally support is fine however there are times when they act like they communicate with one another in the same building which is a huge hassle to explain issues to both of them. Also making simple accounting reports is far more complicated than it needs to be, which is ridiculous.
