Using one system means that we can easily cross-train, share best practices and minimize our training costs. We also have kept our costs of system administration down as NetSuite provides us a front to back platform. We have significant utilization of the ERP functionality and CRM side utilization. Third Party software's which offer added functionality as per the requirements of the business have to be purchased at an additional cost. Recommended for manufacturing and consulting organizations. It is an excellent cloud based solution and is well integrated across modules. It is user friendly, easy to implement and also easy to understand and train users on. Pros 1\. The ability to add data points to the customer and also to build a customer using project modules all while keeping the books accurately reflecting that financial relationship. 2. Pros The Dashboard gives information like outstanding actions, for financial transactions. It helps keep track of changes in the database. The important to-do tasks are displayed on the main screen. Some of that is a communication issue but some of it is an issue on how things may work within NetSuite or what terminology is used within NetSuite. For financial reporting, CRM and ERP. We needed something that would take care of our financial reporting, shipping, eCommerce and customer service needs. This software looked like it could do the job. Pros 1\. Easy to attach supporting docs, i.e. PO’s, vendor invoices and journal entries 2. Track customers needs using one system Cons 1\. This being said, I believe the ease of use with this is a bit better. I have seen people fumble with this for the first week as a newbie, but there is a short learning curve after you dive in. Pros Agility of the platform. Cons Limited platform support. If you are running mainstream system setups then it's probably not an issue.
