"Knowing Knowify"

**Overall:** Overall, Knowify is a solid tool for managing costs and profitability, but it works best once you’re familiar with the system.

**Pros:** Knowify does a good job of tracking job costs, budgets, and invoices, giving clear visibility into project finances.

**Cons:** The interface can feel a bit dated, and some features take time to learn or require extra setup to use effectively.

"General Manager"

**Overall:** Knowify has incredible potential, it could one day compete with the bigger giants of the industry such as PROCORE.

**Pros:** The ease of creating a Proposal, sending it to a client and allowing them a way of accepting it digitally. Knowify allows you to see the GP of your projects quickly and has a simple ways of accessing many tools.

**Cons:** The scheduling portion needs an overhaul, employees not assigned to a job don't have visibility of where other employees are assigned. There are times when the time tracking app glitches and closes. time tracking ans scheduling should be cleaner and easier.

**Reasons for Choosing Knowify:** The sales reps said Knowify could do what we needed, or they had a team that you make it happen if it didn't already.
