We wanted something that was easy to use, looked good and had a range of features and functionality, but most of all we wanted to share assets internally but also with our suppliers. After much research and testing we commissioned Freestyle Partners. Their initial communication and understanding of our business needs was great. They set up our look and feel really quickly and helped us to set up the categories so we could get it populated within the time frame we'd given ourselves. Feedback from my colleagues has great, people find it easy to search, easy to use and are pleasantly surprised how easy it is to share and communicate through it. It has certainly helped us in terms of people across the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) using the right images to promote our courses and university experience. It is also used to share other communications information such as artwork for collateral to be printed locally. We are also in the process of moving the Graphic Chart to Partners for ease of use, rather than keeping it as a separate, secure, extranet. In terms of security, there are several levels of security possible from a personal profile to an individual asset. This gives us all the flexibility we need. It is easy and intuitive to use - as proven by it winning a DAMY award for user friendliness. The Partners helpdesk know the product extremely well so are able to answer most, if not all, of user questions without involving technical support. Always responsive and available, they are a pleasure to deal with! Freestyle keep their Partners clients updated with the product roadmap, regularly consulting us on our possible future requirements to ensure there is a fit between what we would like to have and what they're planning to develop. Teamwork and Freestyle's extensive technical ability and excellent planning and operational skills make for smooth rollouts of developments. In conclusion, Freestyle Partners definitely makes the lives of our Communications teams much easier!
