Pros

endless supply of options. This software continue to amaze me with how much it can do. This software allows me to always stay ahead of the curve. They have though of everything.

Cons

sometimes difficult to understand the information in the help section, but a simple email to VICI ends any confusion!

I started a call center with this software and a computer I bought in Walmart about 6 years ago. Vicidial has improved significantly over the years both in features and functionality. I've built a very successful business with this software and will never switch away.

Pros

It's free and open source.

Cons

Wish it had the functionally for ringlets voicemail drops.

This is a great software. However, the more leads you load the higher the tendency of making it slower. We had a customer that loads 32M+ leads it slows down the system. Separate Lead Management System anyone? :) I really love this software. Infact, I've been using this since 2007 and I never tried to look for alternatives. VICIDIAL FOR LIFE!

We used VICIdial as a contact center software for several projects. In all of them it worked very well, and we achieved all of our goals. It's robust, flexible and easy to use. The predictive dialer works like a charm. It's capable to manage complex active campaigns.

This dialer is fully built out. We have use it for years. We are able to pull all important metrics to reports with relative ease.

Cons

This dialer is open source. Although there is good support from VICIdial, we handle our own server maintenance.

Pros

The amount of features and flexibility of this software is unmatched. It has everything you need for a call center setup with features that cost thousands of dollars in a paid solution.

Cons

It has always been missing templating for the UI and maybe a third party app store to easily customize and integrate other tools.

It has been wonderful. They are a great group of people who want to help you succeed. They are very fair and very knowledgeable.

Pros

Its customize-able. The good folks at VICIdial are very kind and patient. They can usually tell you what to adjust and they always get back to you with an answer. The price on this solution is out of this world and fits ANY budget.

Cons

There is some limitation as to what the software can do. Certain businesses it will work wonders for. Our business has different types of employees who use their phones at different times which makes a perfect solution really difficult. However due to the open sourceability of VICIdial we can write our solutions and add them to make the system work for us.
