Front-Office (Reservations, Front-Desk, Loyalty, Housekeeping and Income) POS (Cashiering, F&B and Kitchen Ordering) Back-Office (Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger) Online Booking Engine (Online Payment Integration) Channel Manager (2- Way Interface with OTAs such as Expedia, Booking.com, Orbitz, Hotels.com ...etc)

Pros

Simple & Easy / Customizable / 24/7 Support / Very Hepful in terms of the hotel management tasks overall

Cons

No Primary cons for me overall the system is very helpful , but i think they can work on the system interface
