Currency transfer enables me to easily send payments overseas from the fairly small to very large. Pros The best thing about Currency Transfer is the customer service. The customer support has been a great help from the beginning both getting started and advising on how to get the best out of the service. I have also been really well looked after by the rest of the team. The service itself is simple and quick yet makes the responsibilities of the customer clear. Very user friendly. The rates are competitive and again very clear. I would heartily recommend the service. Cons The only issue i have had is with the bank account changing three times in the last year. When sending large amounts this gives pause for thought. However, the guys at currency transfer were able to explain the changes to my satisfaction. The last time we did this we ended up not being able to pay the supplier as you had withdrawn payments to the Ukraine. However this wasn't communicated to us and we had already paid a substantial amount to make the purchase. The account remained with the purchase but the payment never cleared to our supplier and I had to chase up on several occasions what was happening to the funds. Pros It was easy to use and seem-less for recording the transactions Cons No issues with the software, it was very easy to use.
