"Good deal for what it offers"

**Overall:** Good for what it offers - our company needed tenant payment interface

**Pros:** Onboarding was easy to use and food for customers

**Cons:** It was not able to interface with our property management system to post tenant payments

"Support Review"

**Overall:** It's been good thus far. Great support team and overall the setup process was easy.

**Pros:** Excellent customer success team - John Gregurich goes above and beyond to provide world-class service.

**Cons:** The ACH processing time takes too long, and the Dex dashboard isn't intuitive.
