You can use your own repo. Also I recommend to use it with Maven if you are programming in Java, it will make your life easier. Cons THe only thing I see so far is the difficulty or in other words, the IDE is a little hard to use, I mean, more hard than other IDEs, but it is because it has a lot of more functions, but you will addapt very fast I asure you. I would use for only certain type of java projects where is shines the most. Pros The UI is intuitive and looks really good. The autocomplete feature helps a lot and works well most of the time. It is easy to use and handles projects pretty well. Amazing and intuitive debugger, so that even a beginner can start using it without actually learning about it. Since I started coding in Java it is practically the only IDE I use. The auto complete is very helpful! Probably my favorite feature. Pros I really like the auto complete features that IntelliJ has. The suggestions it provides are often very useful and can take some of the monotony out of coding. REALLY ENJOY! Cons At this point I don't think there are any features that I think are missing.
