Everything you need is right at the touch of a mice. It is also easy to use its internal debugger to test and find glitches on your code. Debugger is cool and helps you a lot with the development. Cons It's a bit heavy. It occupies several RAM and is not so fast starting up. I particularly liked the IdeaVim plugin as I have used the Vim editor before - this makes writing code a doddle. Good functionality for viewing and running unit tests.
