Comments: Not sure this is as good as other Carl's for non-profits.

Pros: Somewhat intuitive. Felt it had some features that were good Liked integration with Wealth Engine.

Cons: Could never learn how to run reports. Not nearly as intuitive as many programs like Raisers Edge et al.

Pros: We inherited NetSuite throughout our organization.

NetSuite is our system of record for accounting purposes, our order management system, our hub for fulfillment, our CRM-SFA system for our direct sales staff, and the place where we create, edit, and control our products and services that we sell.

NetSuite seems to addresses many business problems; without it, we would have a very hard time running our business.

NetSuite does a great job of taking a prospect to a customer and then housing all data that comes from that relationship.

Cons: A few of the issues that we have found have been under documentation.

It is lacking just a bit especially within the development areas.

Releases are done twice annually, there are many small bugs in the system that don't get fixed for years.

The mobile apps for iPhone/Android are very poor and very limiting.

Customization requires a significant amount of time and financial investment.

The learning curve is pretty steep.

You either need a dedicated resource who has the skill set to build customizations for every department, and every user or have lots of money to invest in additional customization from NetSuite developers.

Comments: I do enjoy Netsuite but you have to be ready for the cost.

Pros: Netsuite is a great product compared to a lot of ERP / CRM systems out there. Just the look and ease of use are very apparent. Most ERP systems look like an old access database program that looks a bit scary to the end user. Netsuite has also added several data centers to guarantee uptime. Netsuite is very customizable and your own company processes can be integrated into the system. They have a great API and integration capable system.

Cons: It is a very expensive system. That being said, you get what you pay for. The 24 hour support is based out of the Philippines last I heard and I have many people at my company cannot understand the support staff over the phone at all.

Pros: - ease to use and customizable - accesible from anywhere, anytime - intuitive - super friendly training team

Cons: - It seems that since Oracle acquired Netsuite, they have a very rigid cost structure.... we had a very disappointing initial experience because they charged us extra costs after agreement. - complex implementation process

Comments: Netsuite has streamlined the accounting cycle so much that month end closing, that used to take a week, now takes a matter of minutes. Integration to our e-commerce platforms has enabled our shipping department to ship more orders in less time. Ability to import an "order file" allows us to automatically fulfill customer orders, that used to take 4-8 hours, in minutes. Netsuite has been a huge timesaver for our business.

Pros: Cloud based. Allows team to work from anywhere. Great integration with e-commerce Streamlined/Time Saver

Cons: Cost - annual increases will eventually outpace growth Inflexible - some functionality that should be included is not available.

Comments: Because we use the revenue recognition module, the standard project costing reports are not accurate. It adds the deferred revenue reclassification entries made to the balance sheet account, unbilled receivables, as a cost when looking at the costs on the standard project costing reports. Entries posting to a balance sheet account are NOT costs. Supposedly, this is to be fixed in the first version update of 2017. I sure hope so!

Pros: Very easy to do consolidated financial statements. Also very easy to slice and dice your financial information.

Cons: Project costing reports are not accurate.

Pros: We are being told that it's a very powerful tool. But not if you are a sale person. Must be for reporting purposes only.

Cons: Takes forever to key an order. Way too many fields to fill out. Miss one, you need to start all over.. that's great especially if you have a customer on the phone with you. Also, you have to really drill down into the system to even find your customers. Management seems to think that it's easier, but it's not. You can tell that they only care about the reporting and not the growing frustration of the sales people that actually have been forced to use it without much training.. It certainly is not an intuitive tool.

Comments: The system works well. The only issues we've experienced with functionality is slow to load time that can be traced to slow response of NetSuite servers. This means that on occasion it takes 10sec, 30sec, sometimes even 60sec to load a page. Overall, this is not a frequent occurrence but it does happen. Price-wise, the system is very expensive, and other systems will deliver the same functionality for less. Also, their organizational structure makes it very difficult to get answers to questions. We've had consultants assigned to our account leave NetSuite and we went three months before they were replaced, during implementation! Not acceptable. We also have had a very hard time getting issues and concerns addressed by a sales manager, and there is no visibility into escalation structure, meaning we could not get a hold of a supervisor. Overall, NetSuite is going through some growing pains and has a lot of customer service issues to address in order to remain viable.

Pros: UI Workflows Customization Easy to navigate Detailed and robust

Cons: Expensive Poor account management Poor customer service

Recommendations to other buyers: Consider your business requirements and look at competing vendors. There are many vendors who offer better service and lower prices and can still deliver the functionality you need.

Comments: It is okay. It seems to have a lot of extra steps and clicks with the mouse to enter orders. More time consuming than QuickBooks. However, it tracks account profits which is a benefit.

Pros: Tracks account profits

Cons: Time-consuming. There are glitches with changing templates. If you do not save before changing a template you will have to re-enter your orders.

Comments: Netsuite is not a very intutive tool. It has a lot of features and functionalities and you really have to invest in time and resources to best leverage them. Its definitely not a tool which someone can just figure out. It has connectors with Salesforce which is a good thing as that is what 99% of the companies need. However, setting it up, extracting data and configuring it is not an easy task. wish they invest more on making it an easier tool to manage

Comments: I've been using Netsuite for about 10 months and I think my biggest concern is that it really isn't terribly user-friendly. Part of the problem may be lack of training on my part, but it seems that finding reports is quite difficult. I've had custom reports created that do provide the information that I need, however I wouldn't be able to create these reports on my own.

Pros: I like the dashboard feature on my home pages.

Comments: As a small business we spent about $$$ to get us to go live. We never made it due to a disengaged NetSuite Project Manager, bad technical help and lack of response to our concerns by NetSuite. They just want to bill you for more hours, take forever to solve what should be simple problems or procedures, and have a big business non caring culture. We just wrote it off to a bad decision and went on with Quickbooks Enterprise Remote Hosting.

Pros: Has a few good features, combined CRM and Accounting

Cons: No Included Fixed Assets, payroll... etc etc. Will try and nickel and dime you to death. No response to questions or concerns. Just given canned answers. Not a good partner to have for a small business moving forward.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would stay away. Read all the fine print, and don't expect any personalized service. If you are set on going with them, I would hire an outside consultant that actually cares about correct implementation and setup for your company. Dont expect NetSuite to do you any favors or provide good customer service.

Comments: Netsuite is a solid product. Overall it performs as well as any accounting system that I have worked in/with. It is a bit on the expensive side. However, we are a small company (about 70 employees) so the solution was probably overkill for what we needed so we are most likely paying for features and functionality that we do not need but that is not a negative to Netsuite. Perhaps just not the right fit for us but great for a larger company. The system is easy to use and integrates really well with other solutions (Concur, Avalara, OKTA, etc.) which makes life easy for accountants.

Pros: Ease of use Rev Rec Project Management Integration with other systems

Cons: Price Reporting UI

Comments: Netsuite is a great product with intuitive functionality and nice design. Great for midto large companies looking for a comprehensive ERP that can be used with other departments to capture highly detailed data. Can be complex and timely to implement. Once ready, can see a quick return on investment

Pros: UX, integration, workflow, out-of-box reporting

Cons: Custom reporting, load times, cluttered workspaces

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are a mid to large company looking for a comprehensive ERP with cross-department collaboration and complex integrations, Netsuite can be a great choice. For a small to mid size company looking for a more "straight-forward" ERP with less complexity and cost, there may be better options. Overall, I think Netsuite is a very solid product and we have been more than happy with our experience with Netsuite as a whole.

Comments: Using NS, it is easy to remain in touch with the employees in terms of monitoring their daily attendance and using that data to generate the payroll every month. It is easy to complete the timesheets daily as the system can be accessed using the internet anywhere and helps in keeping the records up to date. There is less scope of error and minimal delays in data entry. Notices can be issued using the online portal to all employees and be implemented easily and immediately.

Pros: 1. Good GUI with tabs for each functionality. 2. Organized 3. Easy to use 4. Saves time

Comments: Since everyone in your organization is connected to the customer relationship management software, you can track each employee's workflow, task-completion ratio and progress reports. The group calendar is a great place for everyone to keep track of their to-do lists and show off their accomplishments when they are completed. There are plenty of helps and walk-throughs that each user can access for help in using the CRM software. You can create links to articles or upload documents that have an outline of company policies and procedures.

Pros: The ability to add data points to the customer and also to build a customer using project modules all while keeping the books accurately reflecting that financial relationship.

Cons: It doesn't have live chat support, nor does it have a social CRM application. Higher turnaround times for complaint resolution

Comments: NetSuite CRM connects you with all of your clients and employees, even those located in other countries. The eCommerce application allows you to track customer activity on your website and automatically saves it into your CRM solution. The cloud-based program keeps your data secure on NetSuite's server, which you can access from any computer or mobile device, so you will always be connected to your clients, even if you are not at your desk. Eliminate manual bottlenecks and mistakes and speed up the order-to-cash process by creating a seamless flow from sales quote to approved order, successful order to fulfillment, and on-time invoicing to payment. NetSuite¿s order and billing management module integrates your sales, finance, and fulfillment operations. The result is improved quote accuracy, reduced billing errors, stronger revenue recognition processes, and more efficient fulfillment flow.

Comments: The cloud based offering is very reliable and cost effective when everything is taken into account. The software is very logical and sequential. The raw capacity for nearly every business activity is available if you are willing to invest in the modules. This is especially handy when field engineers are at a project site for extended times, and need to enter their time worked. NetSuite allows its administrators to dig deep down into the system and make whatever changes, tweaks, and scripts needed to make NetSuite work for you and your ever-changing company.

Pros: 1. Efficient payroll system. 2. Helps in timely and accurate record creation for the data. 3. Reduces redundancy of data.

Cons: 1. High training cost for non-accountants. 2. About 3 months time is required to initiate the software completely in the organization. 3. Updates are not frequent.

Comments: This CRM solution lets you email individual customers or send mass emails from the customer relationship management application. This means you can also generate an invoice and immediately send it via email without needing to open your email program in a separate window. It also has dialing capabilities, which means with a compatible phone system and a click of a link, you can call a client from within NetSuite. With this software, you can import contact information from many different programs, including an Excel spreadsheet. You can easily upload all of your email contacts and other information stored in an old CRM program into NetSuite where it will be converted, formatted and saved automatically.

Pros: Billing automation has allowed us to invoice out 2.1 million to 1,000+ customers within a week or two. This allows us to keep cashflow coming in at critical times with significantly less manpower than has been needed before. Import and export from excel

Cons: Third Party softwares need to be purchased which is an extra cost

Comments: The NetSuite CRM software is a clean business application that is easy to use and incorporates some of the most popular and most useful CRM tools for interacting with customers, tracking leads and managing email marketing. It is also the only CRM software we reviewed that has an eCommerce application that connects your CRM to your website to track client activity and organize that information into reports and forecasts that you can use to grow your business.

Pros: 1. Data is secure and provides fraud protection. 2. Flexible Depreciation Management 3. Does the job of taking a prospect to a customer and then housing all data that comes from that relationship. 4. Organization of files is confusing, items saved at couple of places with url renamed.

Cons: 1. Beneficial for average sized companies more than smaller ones. 2. Can be slow if too much of data is stored.

Comments: Prior to NS we had several systems for tracking customer leads, opportunities, and quotes. Now we have all of that in one system, and with a little bit of scripting we perform margin tests on opportunities that allow for automated approval routing before estimates are sent to customers. Real-time access to virtually any data in the system¿via customizable templates and custom reports¿combined with the ability to create unlimited what-if scenarios makes NetSuite an exceptionally powerful financial planning tool. There is not always a consistent naming of fields when customizing reports and searches. While this not a problem for a super user, it can be confusing for those not as experienced. Like any cloud solution, speed is always an issue. Companies need to really optimize their network to get the best results. Sending out emails is cumbersome and can be improved.

Comments: NS has real-time dashboards that report and analyze the data in the system, helping company managers monitor, for example, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). KPIs do more than tell you how many outstanding invoices or bills exist and what your account balances are. Simply put, they provide ways to assess the company's performance in terms of its organizational goals. Dashboards also deal with the more mundane details of the day with reminders of meetings, calls, and deadlines, etc.

Pros: Good transparency across verticals and between the same level

Cons: Price per email beyond 5000 per month is too much

Comments: We're a small company and didn't want to have a close to full time IT analyst with us so we invested in having the extra functionality with having a cloud solution. It just took some time initially to adapt to the system but once it was setup, we have been using the system very efficiently and it saves a lot of time for us.

Pros: Recurring revenue is a time saver after being setup Calendar usage is a good feature which helps in scheduling and managing appointments

Cons: Daunting learning curve. Sending invoices at the same time is tedious-one at a time

Comments: We have been using NetSuite for a long time now. Software is very easy to use and very robust. It is easy for daily using and training. The system keep updating adding more features. It is a good choice for most companies.

Pros: NetSuite is easy to use, easy to extract data from, easy to search, and cloud based so you can use it anywhere from any computer.

Cons: The only cons I've run into are the ability to subdivide some of the GL accounts (when integrating into Adaptive Planning).

Comments: NetSuite is used across the organization and is the financial system of records for us. It is an excellent cloud based solution and is well integrated across modules. It is user friendly, easy to implement and also easy to understand and train users on.

Pros: 1. The ability to add data points to the customer and also to build a customer using project modules all while keeping the books accurately reflecting that financial relationship. 2. Customize using suitescript.

Cons: Multi dimensional searches are not easy so other user friendly softwares can be used for that. Bill/Print Invoice button should be added

Comments: NetSuite is easy to use and intuitive. Compared to other accounting software. I used to use SAP and to be efficient you had to memorize countless t-codes and go through dozens of awkward screens. You can become semi-efficient in NetSuite in a matter of days or even hours. It is cloud based and fully integrates with other important business software like Adaptive Planning.

Pros: NetSuite has an eCommerce option that will track visitor information on your company's website and automatically import the data into the CRM software. NetSuite CRM is very user friendly. The program is clean and easy to navigate.

Cons: It doesn't have live chat support, nor does it have a social CRM application.

Comments: Netsuite enable role cycling as it has so many features at the fingertips of users which enables them to perform multiple tasks proficiently. It is also helpful as anyone with formal training can use the software without the need of an accountant in a set-up.

Comments: NS is used for managing orders by maintaining a dynamic tool which provides information from the labs to the procurement department which helps in keeping the business profitable and minimizes wastage and delays. Using one system means that we can easily cross-train, share best practices and minimize our training costs. We also have kept our costs of system administration down as NetSuite provides us a front to back platform. We have significant utilization of the ERP functionality and CRM side utilization. Third Party software's which offer added functionality as per the requirements of the business have to be purchased at an additional cost. Recommended for manufacturing and consulting organizations.

Comments: NS is a versatile software tool which basically does all tasks from inventory control, order processing, managing finances as well as provides marketing advice for the future.

Pros: 1. Manage contacts, track leads, manage tasks/action lists, sales management. 2. The Interface looks good. 3. Muti department information is very properly integrated into one place.

Cons: 1. User guides should be improved to set up the software without the need of consultants from NS. 2. Gets too complex sometimes so should be used with caution in order to avoid wrong results.

Comments: This software helps to find ROI for the ongoing projects which is useful to determine future policies with regards to investment. It also helps in finding target areas for marketing based on location. Netsuite has helped our organization in making some very important decisions which turned out to be very beneficial in the longer run.

Pros: Real-time reporting and dashboard KPI¿s are helpful in decision-making. Easy to generate reports.

Cons: Difficult to implement in smaller organizations as it is expensive. The add-on modules are useful but add to the cost. Implementation takes about 2-3 months of time so that should be taken care of while switching.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend this in order to have a clear picture for future marketing to large organizations.

Comments: NetSuite is being used organization-wide. The company's customer and marketing activities are combined through to our financial results. We use all of that data along the way to gain business intelligence about our market and our customers.

Pros: The Dashboard gives information like outstanding actions, for financial transactions. It helps keep track of changes in the database. The important to-do tasks are displayed on the main screen.

Cons: Not useful for very small companies which have less than 10 employees. Sometimes have to go through redundant steps to enter information.

Comments: Netsuite is used to manage company's finances-orders, sales, bookkeeping, product and stock management. It helps in maintaining liaison between the requirement and procurement of goods. It is helpful for small, mid-size as well as large businesses provided it is configured as per their requirements.

Pros: 1. Web-based tool so unlimited accessibility. 2. Configurable as per requirement so it is good for businesses of all sizes.

Cons: 1. It sometimes gets a little slow when the quantum of stored data becomes large. 2. Search functionality is not intuitive enough but it can be improved in the coming versions of the software.

Comments: Netsuite provides mid-market consulting services for both public and private organizations. It manages financials, product lines, stock to detailed accounting processes efficiently without the need of formal accounting knowledge. It is highly configurable and can be molded to suit the needs of the organization. There is a hindrance because of the number of steps required to enter the information into the system but displays information in a good interface. It also allows the administrator to set the software rights as per requirement to specific personnel but that setup is often time-consuming.

Pros: Can handle finances independently without an accountant. Good interface Allows access rights management

Cons: Setup is time-consuming

Recommendations to other buyers: Recommended for public and private organizations.

Comments: Netsuite fits perfect into mid-sized or even some small businesses that are mature in their processes so they can make the most of the initial setup and roll out. The cloud-based environment offers the ability to use the software from anywhere with just an internet connection. It allows integration of information from multiple departments which is then displayed in a pretty neat interface. However, it is difficult to setup with the Netsuite consultants and initial training is expensive.

Pros: cloud-based environment integration of information

Cons: difficult to set-up initial training is expensive

Recommendations to other buyers: It is an above average tool with a lot of features beneficial for small to mid-sized companies.

Comments: Our accounting and sales team are only ones that remain in NetSuite, we've removed our support and webstore from this tool. The reporting aspects that we have setup are pretty good and are currently keeping us in for the time being.

Pros: The reporting is phenomenal! Really a start to end system that has all the bells and whistles.

Cons: It is highly complicated to do the simplest of tasks and since NetSuite does about everything, it does everything mediocre.

Recommendations to other buyers: NetSuite is a very robust tool, however, you will need a full time Administrator to set it up to actually make it useful. NetSuite is a good tool for your sales and your accounting team

Comments: What I love about Netsuite is the complex functionality available right in the software - but much of this functionality is costly to develop, or required the purchase of 3rd party add on software and often development then as well. I also love that everything is in one place - and there are a lot of complex function 3rd party add ons that you can use and work well. Our website, customer service, and fulfillment all integrate nicely - but the cost is prohibitive for a lot of things we have done and wish to do.

Pros: Versatility and complex functionality available.

Cons: Every feature has to be added as a costly module, or a 3rd party app, or very costly custom development.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure you know what you are getting into in regard to the cost of the functionality you want. $$$$ month per user is one thing, but if want anything aside from extreme basic, plan on tens or hundreds of thousands more in costs to make it work. Some of the simple functions available in QuickBooks Online - like reclassifying transactions in bulk - are not even in netsuite. :(

Comments: NetSuite is a very robust platform, and we have been able to consolidate virtually all of our business processes into a single system. However, the development costs associated with NetSuite are very high. We have discovered that most functionality requires a combination of add-on modules and custom software development, and our spending in NetSuite has been several times greater than anticipated. NetSuite is also not very user friendly, so we rely on extensive (and costly) support packages to get our questions answered. I've found that NetSuite is not very motivated to help their customers succeed unless there is a massive budget behind it. They want multi-million dollar contracts, so our small company does not get much attention.

Pros: Incredibly versatile and robust.

Cons: Difficult to use, obtuse interface. Nothing works out-of-the-box, and requires extensive development to add functionality. Requires lots of costly add-on modules to gain functionality we believed was included in the core package. Slow.

Recommendations to other buyers: Only consider NetSuite if you're over $5 million in revenue. Do extensive planning before beginning the migration. Don't trust the sales rep, and instead get help from a trainer before making the purchase. Attend SuiteWorld, the NetSuite conference - tons of valuable information here.

Comments: This product is really not appropriate for a smaller company. It's very expensive and needs a huge amount of expensive development work to really function for each business need. It does basically everything and it is a good tool for growth. You just need to be able to put the money into it to achieve your unique business functions. There are much less expensive solutions that are easier and more "out of the box" that simply require you to be in multiple solutions. This product is like a HUGE shallow lake, vast and broad in what it can do, but not very deep unless you bring in the heavy equipment to dig it out to your own specifications. If our company was larger and had the money, I would love NetSuite. Actually, I still do- we just weren't and aren't ready for it.

Pros: Everything in one place, great list-based format, does amazing things- everything really. My favorite feature is the reporting and saved searches. Once you know how to do them, you can get literally any information about your company in a few clicks.

Cons: Development of the product is very, very expensive. It will do everything you need, for a price. A very high price.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure that you understand that you will have to spend a lot of money to get this product to do everything you need, the way you need it. It will be amazing and wonderful and the very best thing, so long as you are able to make that investment. If you can't, you aren't ready for it.

Comments: We have been using NetSuite for about 3 years now and we are very happy with our experience with the software. It has great out of the box functionality and we like the dashboards, reports, and transaction flow of the system. The customization ability is vast which is great for adding your own custom fields on transactions, reports, and forms. I would recommend this product to any business who is looking for a great value for their money.

Pros: Very user friendly, great amount of customization ability, cloud based, Integrations with other software such as Concur, Avalara, Sales Force, etc.

Cons: Some limitations with reports and not real intuitive when customizing reports.

Recommendations to other buyers: Out of all the different options our there for Accounting/ERP software, I think NetSuite is one of the best and should be seriously considered.

Comments: The software is easy to understand and work with, the user Interface can be improved to appeal to the overall feel of the software. It sometimes lags a bit, but the overall workflow is good. If the glitch's are removed I would say it is value for money spent.

Pros: The swift and quick response time of the user interface.

Cons: The User Interface can add a few creative design elements to make the software more interactive.

Recommendations to other buyers: Value for money if you want quick and fast processing.

Comments: The product is pretty easy to setup and has a very good performance. It works very nicely with different operations in our business.

Pros: Software is very easy to use and very robust. It is totally customizable to your specific business, and mistakes are simple to fix/correct.

Cons: Complex system that is very configurable to meet your needs, but this creates a lot of noise as there are many things you may not need or use, making the software somewhat confusing and cumbersome to use at times. Must have good internet connection and bandwidth to ensure good performance.

Recommendations to other buyers: Apart from some of its drawbacks this product is a go from my side

Comments: Love the ability to track inventory that was specific to our business and fulfil orders partially, etc. We have a lot of details in our business and NetSuite was able to meet those needs.

Pros: Ease of use, able to use from iPhone even in crunch times or on the run. I really like the order fulfillment features.

Cons: Very pricey, we had the basic program with one user and it still was costing us a lot.

Recommendations to other buyers: Great product for bigger business, they are very willing to work with you on start up and training. The ease of use saved us a lot of money in time, but the program is an investment, but worth if you don't want the headache of complicated bookkeeping.

Comments: Great product, with lots of customization for an individual business. But very expensive. I really like everything about the product, ease of use from phone and laptop. I like the audit trail and the item fulfillment.

Pros: Partial billing, item fulfilment, audit trail, multi user, access anywhere.

Cons: Price and need a service plan for customer which is an additional cost.

Recommendations to other buyers: Great for big business, with lots of features you can customize within each "type" of business. Great inventory and forecasting features, kept all our books in order for 10 years. Just had to switch because of the yearly price.

Comments: Fully customizable, but all changes require you to pay someone that has some advanced programming experience with Netsuite coating you a ton of money.

Pros: Fully custom

Cons: Too custom requiring high costs in programming

Recommendations to other buyers: Only use if you need a very specific application that requires a programmer to help you. Otherwise, you're better off choosing a software that's easier to use and one that's already geared towards what you need. Why reinvent the wheel?

Comments: While a robust system and software package it would be helpful if report creation, modification, filtering were slightly more focused towards financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis. I need to drop info into Excel too often in order to prepare board reports. Hopefully enhanced user reporting interface is on the horizon.

Pros: Good P&L and GL general package.

Cons: Inventory Valuation reports take a long time to run and prepare. We want to view 1000 invoices in Pay Single Vendor screen

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure if you have in house packages, the integrate seamlessly with NetSuite. Look at your reporting requirements and make sure you don't have to rely on Excel too much.

Pros: Product itself is very easy to use and to learn and love the fact that is SaaS product so no hardware to maintain on our end.

Cons: There are way to many updates that occur with this product and if you have a customized version it greatly disrupts your operation

Recommendations to other buyers: This software is great out of the box and if you are a small to mid-size company. If you are a bigger company with specialized prizing and several subsidiaries this will not be the ERP software to get unless you have an in house programmer to continuously re-write or update custom scripts. Without an in house programmer it will be very costly to maintain this product.

So far it's been a very easy implementation experience.
