"Not overly pleased with the Thoms Reuters products"

**Pros:** It gets the job done and I do not have a lot to compare it to really. For the scope I use it, it is average in my opinion.

**Cons:** It is slow and very glitchy. The customer service has not been helpful.

"Firm & Matter Management Made Easy"

**Overall:** Overall a good bang for your buck and a solid option for some firms.

**Pros:** Firm Central Allows for streamlined time and billing management in an efficient manner. A life saver for small firms.

**Cons:** I've heard set-up can be difficult but that can really depend on what system data is being transferred from and how it is managed.
