Pros I like the support we receive, and the handiness of the tool. It's so easy to use also as an admin. Further it offers lots of functionalities. Cons There seem to be some bugs in the tool which are repeating on different places, which was causing also confusions for our guests and so a bit unfortunate and annoying in the beginning, however knowing now these little issues, we know what needs to be checked before publishing. Bereits angemeldete Teilnehmer sind so automatisch nicht mit im Verteiler gewesen. Cons Es war schwierig für unsere Zielgruppe, dass eine Registrierung ausschließlich über das Anlegen eines Unternehmensprofils möglich war. Für andere Events ist dies jedoch sicher sogar von Vorteil. Cons Wenn uns an der Software etwas nicht gefällt, findet Converve zumeist schnell eine Lösung, um das nach unseren Wünschen anzupassen.
