Cons Sometimes when I am syncing purchase orders to Quickbooks, sometimes it does not sync, but the chat helps me figure out what is wrong. Nice to be able to send a PO directly to our vendors and for our AP department to follow up internally and externally to insure proper payments. Pros This PO system is easy enough to use throughout 18 locations and 6 departments with little to no issues. Cons I wish the system did not allow for adding new vendors without forcing the user to insure they were not entering a duplicate. Cons Some times if I forget to check which billing area the PO is going to and it makes me start all over. That’s not really a negative though. It’s just attention to detail on my part. Pros I liked the transparency and open-ness, It notifies you after each approval for easy follow up. Also, it provides a notification in case of any edits or modifications on the request, enhancing transparency. Cons In some cases, there are too many approvers - which causes delay in requisition final submission/completion. Pros I like the system because it is very fast and i can clone a close PRF if of the same requisition. Basically, it is a good system and with the new interface, am sure we shall learn to peruse through it and also be well versed with it. I would also suggest that, if possible, to add a notification alert for the end user when a PRF has been fulfilled/closed. Cons Teh least about Tradogram is the fact that we can't save in real time while raising a PRF. The moment you lose power or any interruption with the internet, all inputs are lost, and one has to redo the whole process again. Pros It is very helpful to determine errors. I found it useful for companies managing inventory. Cons It was hard to use since I don't know much about statistics.
