Pros I like the ease of use, lots of functionality, shortcuts, and intuitive design. Very easy to drag and drop projects and tasks to easily capture time, and easy to export data when needed. It has many different ways to view the same data which is very helpful. Cons Any cons that existed are quickly updated and improved upon, with new releases almost monthly. September 12, 2017 4.0 The key benefit is knowing that my team can track the tasks they are doing which makes reporting P&L a lot easier. Pros Very easy to use, and lots of handy features such as the repeat task option and the ability to add different departments. The ability to add 'observers' is great too, so everybody on our wider team can check in and see what we're up to/what our availability is. Cons The lack of a mobile app is an issue, but I believe they are working on one as we speak. The mobile website is quite tricky to use too. Review Source CW Chantel W. Pros allows our entire team to have clear visibility over work in progress, resource, capacity and priorities. It's incredibly easy to use and personalise to our organisation. Pros I really like - after comparing to other apps it suits all of my companies needs. I like the visual representation of projects and I have made it that each client is a different color which is so helpful. This rally helps my team understand what is going on and what is priority. Cons Things got messy and stopped working properly when I added another user. The Customer Service wasn't great- I felt like I understood the tool better than them and it took them a long time to respond. They said they would credit me for the month it didn't work, and they never did. The Teamwork/ connection was working great and then it wasn't and hasn't worked the same since. Cons Our project management tools use three levels of organization. only allows for Project + Task while we have an additional layer in between. This makes data mapping more tricky. It'd be good to have more customization in this regard. Pros The user interface is really excellent, and allows for both high-level (for managers) and individualised (for employees) views. The integration with Outlook makes logging time from calendars really simple. Cons 1\. It can take a very long time to search & load the table – especially on mobile and tablet. 2. Certain keystrokes cause unexpected behaviour, such as hitting Enter when selecting a hours from the dropdown (while populating the details for a job in the popup) submits and closes the popup. When I have a meeting with a prospect, I use this tool to find out when I can offer them the solution they are looking for, and how long it will take for its completion. Pros \- It provides real-time visibility of the resources available and the locked ones in other projects. - provides a high-level idea of what these projects are about if they are detailed in the notes - It allows you to view the scheduling sorted by projects, users, resources, etc. - It allows you to use different colors to have a clearer view of the resources - It allows you to set Time off days and vacation days - It allows you to assign each project different resources with different hours allocated by each resource. Pros Easy to set up working hours, and to see visually where there are pinch points and where resourcing is stretched. Cons It isn't so easy to move projects around. A more detailed list view per project (where you could assign tasks to users and put provisional dates), would be simpler when setting up multiple tasks for a project or where you need to radically reorganise projects and priorities. Cons I guess the only thing I don't like about is that it is only a scheduling software and you are not able to input actual numbers and compare them to scheduled ones. The clear and functional display makes it easy to immediately see what has been scheduled. It also lets me see who of my colleagues are on holiday or what projects they're working on. Great product. Cons It can begin to get a little bit laggy when there are many other members of staff on display at the same time. Other than that, no complaints!
