"Corevist Review"

Overall: The Corevist solution continues to provide value for us by allowing customers to self-serve order management and remove routine customer service questions from our support staff.

Pros: The ease of setup and configuration was a key element of our decision to purchase this software as a service offering. Integration with our existing SAP system and processes was straightforward. The price point was well within our budget and less expensive than competitors.

Cons: Initially, the small size of the company was a concern but, after 10+ years using the service, it has never been an issue.

Reasons for Choosing Corevist: Ease of use/setup and cost were our primary reasons for choosing Corevist.

"Great tool for remote collaboration!"

Overall: It was very useful for our company to incorporate Corevist into our order capture process by the sales team. It helped us integrate electronic tools and replace the paper-based process and allowed users to access it without relying on files on their computers and with real and updated databases. Additionally, it allowed us to improve process times by reducing errors and having a direct connection with SAP.

Pros: It is a very simple tool for users and has the advantage of being able to access the portal with a simple internet connection. Real-time integration with our SAP is really helpful.

Cons: It would be great if the modifications / updates made in the ERP after the order was entered could also be reflected in the portal.

"GOOD SERVICE"

Pros: Its ease. The Customer Service Team is very responsive.

Cons: Can be a tad confusing to a newer user.

"Corevist Online Ordering"

Pros: Corevist very easily plugs into your SAP ERP, giving customers the same pricing and all details as when they order through customer service. Our customers really liked the 24/7 access to order confirmation, CoA, invoices, deliveries, etc. Online 24/7 visibility that also works from mobile devices is being a must in B2B customer experience.

Cons: No problems on the software. At times the customer support could have been faster when we had issues. Sometimes, it would take escalations to get attention.

"Good Product that works seamlessly "

Overall: Great at times, frustrating at times.

Pros: Interaction with SAP is seamless and the shopping cart reacts quickly.

Cons: The cost to add features is very expensive

Reasons for Choosing Corevist: Corevist is local and it was the right solution at the time.

"Feedback"

Overall: The tool is very compatible and easy to use.

Pros: The Software has lot of features & easily adaptable

"Accuracy and Very useful tool "
