Comments: Avaza is not overly complex, so it cannot accommodate really heavy projects with large teams or complexities. It does, though, provide amazing results for teams with a more direct approach to project delivery. I was able to implement its use in a software development firm that specialized in cloud applications. Specializing in Microsoft's online SharePoint environments, Avaza was the tool of choice to manage projects dealing with migrations and customization of such sites. It did include large projects and small ones, and managed time tracking for billing, as these were on an hourly basis. The features were just right. But because there was no custom coding and developing for which unit testing or QA department involvement, Avaza worked extremely well for them.

Pros: Avaza has all the core functionality that lets any business successfully manage and deliver client projects. It is not just for development projects. It can be used in a wide array of industries because of this basic general core of features. For starters, Avaza manages contacts and distinguishes them between clients (external contacts) and team members. It uses this to connect projects to its clients and the resources that will be working on these projects. The roles for the contacts are manage in the contacts section as well, allowing the admin to connect just the right resources and the features they need. Adding projects is fairly simple, as well. Create a new project and allocate the client to it. That is it. Then add the necessary tasks for the project, allocating team members from the contact list. You can even group into sections that can represent milestones, features, epics, or any description that fits your project or organizational business needs. Project views can also be customized. You can view projects in a Kanban styled board, as a Gantt chart or even as a list. Team members track time against the tasks until completion and the process is quite simple and straightforward. Avaza also provides team scheduling and provides forecasting capabilities across one or more projects. You can also manage timesheets, expenses and recurring expenses for all the projects in Avaza. Avaza offers the capabilities of providing your clients with quotes or estimates for projects, as well as managing invoicing, recurring invoices, credit notes and payments. And you can track all the work via an extensive library of reports.

Cons: Avaza is not a feature rich product for large enterprises or large projects with large teams, as these must track defects, reworks, testing and a host of other tasks that often have dependencies upon others. This is something Avaza does not manage and trying to track this level of effort is not something that can be done. So, this is definitely for smaller organizations or teams with basic projects.

We as a startup company were looking for 360 degree solution.

Pros: We found Avaza from google. First we tried a free trial and after that we subscribe for premium. We send customer estimates and invoices from Avaza. Also, whenever someone approves or disapprove estimates is done directly from the online web version of estimates. When we send customer a invoice, he can directly make paypal payment from the web version and it get updated directly to our dashboard. Now we have started using projects to assign task to our designer and that also work great. Live support are quick to reply.

PowerPoint Geek are permanent member of this software and we are quite comfortable in using this software.

Cons: No Cons. Really good online software. We have tried many other and found this to be the best. So no cons at all.

Overall: Our startup company PowerPoint Geek. We started using this software from day 1. In between we tried another software and our customers were not happy. The reason was they were not able to pay from other software. Our customer asked to send invoice from Avaza only. As they find it very easy to make payment online from the direct invoice web version link.

I enjoy using this app for my team projects. It's one of those apps that makes you so productive!

Pros: I wanted to share my positive experience getting started with Avaza.

I spent about 4-6 hours searching for a system that would enable my team to manage our internal and external projects of ppc ads and email marketing campaign projects. I played with many apps that were missing some of the features I was looking for. I finally came across Avaza and was so happy since it had exactly what I was looking for!

After getting excited about all the valuable features I was amazed to see that support was a top notch 5 star integral part of the service that is on-board 24/7. I was welcomed the minute I logged in followed by another rep. that answered kindly and professionally all my initial questions. I was so happy with the customer service and the wonderful product that I signed up immediately for the webinar that took place the following day. The webinar support agent was very kind and professional and gave me a one hour, one on one webinar answering all my questions and giving me great tips to get started. I see myself using Avaza for many years to come as well as recommending it to all my friends and associates.

Wishing all lots of productive and happy moments

Overall: I realy enjoy this app and the support is great. I guess I would just say that it's to bad it took me 6 hours to find it because if I would of found it first I would of saved 6 hours.

Pros: I liked the clean structure of Avaza, and the budget features. It's a good option for a business who doesn't rely heavily on project management to drive their productivity. Their customer service was very helpful though when I was letting them know we were going in another direction and they genuinely seemed to want to know what was driving our decision.

Cons: We run a marketing/PR based business, and we were looking for a one-stop-shop project management and back office system. While we knew that was a long shot, we tried Avaza for several months and even gave them a second go when our current system wasn't doing everything we needed as well. I would have liked to see Avaza have different dashboard customization views so we could tailor the system to be more project centered instead of a financial view upon logging in. Since we use a different billing and accounting software, this data on our dashboard would remain blank and the dashboard wouldn't even be utilized. Also by the time we added all of our employees and contractors to have timesheet accessibility, we would have been paying a lot more in extra monthly fees than we were looking to spend. It just started really adding up for us when other software companies offer these options within their pricing tiers.

Comments: I've been a web development contractor for 5 years. Software for project-planning, time-tracking, invoicing... believe me I've tried them all. Avaza has all of the above rolled into one software. The monthly subscription is pennies compared to what I was spending on multiple other softwares and the time it took to move information around.

Pros: Avaza is simple, clean, and intuitive. Time tracking is stolen straight from Harvest, time items are straight from project management tasks, and invoices are inherently customizable by populating from tracked time or manually entering expenses. There is also recurring invoicing and online payment links. The Avaza team is always rolling out some new features and honing the UI, plus email or ticket support has been at most an hour delay.

Cons: I used to have a small list of cons, but I sent them as ideas to the Avaza team and they actually built what I needed. Awesome.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get Avaza for a sigle/small team setting. This may even work for larger teams, but I have no insight about that.

Pros: The best feature is that it is very user friendly, great user interface. I needed something that would be easy for my clients to use more than anything and it gave me that.

Cons: There are no any cons that I can think of at this time. The only thing missing is the ability to actually create a proposal document that my clients could review, sign electronically and pay. Avaza has a quote or estimate feature which is really awesome but if I could also get those features I wouldn't have to use any other products such as Adobe Sign. Overall, the best online project management tool out there - hands down!!

Overall: I was searching for a project management software and combed through several of them to see which one best fit my needs and landed on Avaza. It had everything I needed. The ability to create projects for my clients, send them invoices, upload documents, communicate with my clients on specific tasks and much more.

Comments: It does it all. We can punch our work time, skip from task to task and projects to projects and keep track of everything. The billing then grabs everything automatically so we don't forget to bill anything. We used to have a billing system indepedent of our task system. Bringing these together saves so much time. And we're just 2... We do web marketing and web development for small businesses wich means lots of small clients. Cutting down billing time was a must for our growth.

Pros: Fast and convenient billing Clear and usefull reports on just about evrything Convenient time entry Works well on mobile to enter tasks right after client meetings Does automatic billing Can create tasks by forwarding an email to avaza's project email

Cons: Could improve a little bit the customer data so we could also use it has a basic CMS. Could automate the report sending for weekly KPIs and check-ups.

Recommendations to other buyers: Gives you a professional system and professionnal image in no time. Invoice online payments are well made and help getting our money faster. If too complicated customers still send checks... If you have many customers with open bills you can just create a "general' project by customer that stays ongoing and put your tasks under it. Givez you professional reports on your business. Kind of reports I used to be paid has a consultant to build for companies... They're available anytime and for free in Avaza.

Pros: The support is just plain awesome. There is someone there to respond to support requests almost all the time even though they are in a timezone that is over a day away. The time tracking portion of the software just works fantastically, the billing is excellent, and it's just very impressive how much this product can do.

Cons: Time is calculated out to 4 decimal places but they don't always show all of the decimals, which can create some goofy reports. There is an option to round the time for billing and reporting but often times we would prefer to adjust the time up or down rather than simply round.

Pros: Look. Feel. So easy to use.

We love how creating projects and organizing is simple and intuitive, yet leaves room for customization. The timesheet is easy to use since we don't have to tie in every single entry to a task prior to starting. The report options offered as default were helpful too! We have powerful visualizations without having to pay additional for the same thing. Other apps offer similar or even better reports, but with a hefty price tag.

Cons: - Would have liked to assign multiple people to one task.

- The task status only offers "not started", "in Progress", "completed", but would love to have a completion bar (i.e. 60% status completion)

- Customizable reports? Would be nice.

Overall: After looking at several apps, Avaza had an integrated solution that was simple and intuitive, and it's actually affordable. No complicated function add-ons, no over the top services. Definitely the top pick for start-ups like us and still has the functionality you need to run things on a bigger scale!

Recommendations to other buyers: Overall, we love the app. Looking forward to future improvements!

Pros: Quick to set up.

True Gantt charting AND resource loading - great that we can plan ahead visually.

Nice workflow from quoting to invoicing, without becoming intrusive or cumbersome.

Cons: Still some work to do, but we'll keep station:

Can't for example progress invoice and easily see what's billed/what's left to bill, and you can't add true supplier costs and sell on as margin (they have to be added as expenses which isn't the right method in PM).

Also, for the 65%+ of colour-blind males out there - once you reach your 8 hours, the schedule changes to 'Full'. So far so good. However, go over 8 hours and it changes from green to red - which is extremely difficult to interpret at a glance if you're red-green colourblind. Some UX refinement required here.

What makes this harder is that the number then changes to how many hours 'over' your 8 hour day you are rather than showing either a '-' against the number, or more appropriately just continuing to add up the hours you need to do on that day.

We're sure these are niggles that will be ironed out as the product develops.

Pros: Avaza is an extremely user-friendly project management tool that includes all of the important components of project management in one easy-to-use interface (i.e. project tasks, scheduling, timekeeping and expense management, invoicing, reporting, etc.). Their support is also top-notch. The support documentation on their website is very detailed, and the support team is always very quick to reply. In my experience, they have replied to me in just a few minutes when I chat with them using their support tool and they respond very quickly via email as well.

Cons: There are some features that do not currently exist in Avaza, such as the ability to send automatic overdue invoice reminders and the ability to apply detailed permissions to external/client users, however Avaza seems to be working constantly to improve the system and will take your input into consideration when documenting feature requests.

Overall: This software has enabled our company to successfully manage our client engagements. We can easily track our progress on project deliverables, and can ensure we stay on time and under budget.

Pros: Ease of use, the availability of management reports and the efficiency of invoice generating & tracking.

Cons: Some reports can be improved or developed, but the AVAZA are supportive of assisting with the same!

Overall: I am the General Manager of a developing business in Lima, Peru and we have now been using the AVAZA time and expenses recording system for the last 9 months. Both myself and my team have found that this system is extremely user friendly and easy to use. From a managerial perspective, this system has improved the efficiency of our time and expenses recording, as well as the generation of key reports and monthly invoices issued to clients. The system and the reports available have the opportunity to be developed further and the AVAZA team have been excellent in taking on board our feedback and personalising the system in accordance with our needs. Overall, I would highly recommend this system and support team to any small to medium sized business!

Recommendations to other buyers: AVAZA should have alternative payment methods available for payment of the monthly subscriptions; making international payments easier and more cost efficient.

Pros: I like that I can create project structure with sections, tasks and sub-tasks.

All tasks can be tracked against time and completion and shown in nice gantt chart.

Add estimates for each task

Rich and custom reporting

Assign users to tasks and add followers

Capability for clients to have access and see progress of their projects

Cons: It seams to take few extra clicks to start timer against task, like select project task and so on.

I wish there was better integration with google drive.

That dashboard is not be customized to user needs.

Overall: Great project tracking with tasks well organized, time tracking against tasks and very nice reporting as well as exporting data and importing.

Pros: Very easy to use and responsive support team. Quick way to record time and match against items.

Cons: Mobile app is not native. Task swim lane view breaks the screen going sideways.

Overall: Migrated to Avaza from another larger PSA cloud platform, and amazed at the ease of use - the workflow and intuitiveness is on a whole different level and there's really no handholding needed to figure out your way around Avaza.

It's really designed for small teams that need a project management tool to loop the whole team together but not be bloated with so many other unnecessary 'extras' that you wouldn't use. This also translates to a very affordable and value for money subscription plan that's clear and provides everything that you need.

My only (very minor) complaint is that the mobile app is not a native app and so it's a little bit unwieldy to use (eg pressing back on the phone messes up with the Javascript loads). Apart from that, the team has been using Avaza for nearly 3 months now and are very satisfied with Avaza's simplicity, intuitiveness and adaptability. Keep it up, Avaza team!

Recommendations to other buyers: Very suitable for small businesses (1 - 10), particularly if focused on consulting / dev work. May not be suitable for teams that require a very specific and customised workflow.

Pros: First, Avaza has great customer support. I never waited longer than a couple minutes for a response. The price is incredibly affordable, and the features are great if you're using Avaza as your main job/project management tool.

Cons: Avaza, while customizable within itself, doesn't always work well with other systems/software which is only a problem because it's not in-depth enough to eliminate all other software. I wouldn't really call the software customizable as much as you just have a lot of options you can choose from. If you run a lot of different software that needs to tie together, Avaza may not be the way to go.

Overall: Great, cheap tool for basic job and project management.

Pros: We spent some time reviewing our options for a solution to help us manage multiple client projects. Did our due diligence and made sure all (almost all) our requirements were checked off. Avaza is a solid solution, with a vast array of features that we can now leverage to deliver our projects more effectively. We can assign external resources (including our clients) to project tasks, track schedule, budget - among maybe a thousand things we haven't even found yet.

The support team at Avaza is fantastic, very helpful and responsive. Customer reps are rockstars!

The number of integrations (either direct or through Zapier) is phenomenal. Especially the direct integration with Quickbooks.

If you're looking for a comprehensive delivery and project management solution you should definitely give Avaza a deep look.

Cons: With such a comprehensive solution, the initial setup took some time. Probably a bit more than we were expecting, but it was time well spent.

Pros: We're really fond of Avaza'z ability to play multiple roles at once. Not only does if function as a standalone billing department, but it also allows a team of consultants to manage their billable time and expenses.

Cons: Avaza does most things great, though they fall a little short when it comes to historical data. Historical data should be treated as a documented yet ever changing log. Instead, it's frozen in time and unmanagable. I believe Avaza could come up with a better solution for this.

Overall: Avaza was a big leap for our company. We went from dealing with excel to overpaying for Harvest. We were able to leverage the same features (improved too!) for less. Avaza truly is an all-in-one scalable solution.

Comments: We tried many apps before Avaza and couldn't find one that had the functionality and ease of use that we wanted. Fortunately, we found Avaza and took to it very quickly. We were also very pleased with the integration with other apps we use making our overall processes more automated and seamless. An area I didn't think we would use much was Reports, but we've found it to be very helpful at getting snapshots of each project and all projects as a whole.

Pros: We now have an easy to use central location for Project Management and Time Tracking with workflow. Much better than separate systems like we had before. The ability to scale based on our project team size and all the underlying workflow functionality is very good.

Pros: very easy to use and have most of the function we need for design company. we just start using this one as free software for try out, but we believe will upgrade the account for more function.

Cons: customer support can be bit better. scheduled a meeting on line and no show from Avaza.

we have to rescheduled again... see how it is going this time.

Overall: good for office manager to get the over look of the project and control the timing with stuff are much easier.

Clarification regarding your demo that was scheduled on September 19, 2017. :)

The team member scheduled to take that call waited online for 15 minutes before logging off. If you signed on after that time, it would have seemed like no one was online.

The reason we cap the waiting time at 15 minutes is because it is halfway through the scheduled 30 minute call time.

An email is sent to each user that doesn't show up for the call, and was sent to you the following morning, asking you to reschedule.

Pros: The invoicing system. I used many, and this one has by far the best templates and tracking abilities. Very easy to use. Also like the ability to create Gantt charts for project timelines; which is very useful when submitting invoices.

Cons: Would like if you could save as you are drafting the invoice without having to go back into edit mode each time. Also the ability to add bullets in the description section .

Pros: Avaza's greatest strength is its web interface which is simple and elegant, and easy to navigate. It has most of the features you could want from this kind of software, without being bogged down with too many options and a long setup or learning curve. It would be most suitable for a small organisation. Furthermore, it is continually developing and we will likely see more functionality and upgrades as time goes on.

Cons: It can be a little inflexible in what it allows you to do, or to get away with. For example when setting up projects or allocating time entries to them, there are too many boxes that must be filled in - in particular the time entry section could be more efficient and intuitive. But these are minor niggles.

Overall: More structure to our organisation.

Comments: Avaza hits the sweet spot in the oversaturated market of project management/billing software. It combines practically all of the competitor features into an efficient & scalable online environment.

Cons: Avaza makes historical data a chore. It's uneditable and non-removable. I'd definitely like to see improvement in the way historical data is handled. It's a small price to pay for such an amazing platform.

Pros: The value for money.

Easy to set up and get running quickly.

Customer support has been quick to answer and respond.

Cons: Wish it had better calendar like time tracking. We spend most of our time tracking in a day view which is less than efficient.

Difficulty in managing projects from the time view: adding tasks, updating project details, etc.

- You can track time in week-view. This allows you to view all projects/categories and tasks you have tracked time for in a certain week, and add more time or make changes.

- Most of the difficulty you are facing in managing projects from Timesheets module is by design, because these changes can only be made by Project Managers and Admin users.

- We are hoping to add an option to add a task from within the Timesheet popup itself, and also a calendar view for your projects. I'll add your request to that list :)

Pros: The design of the task lists, and tagging has helped me to manage my tasks a lot easier than other project management software which can be overwhelming and chaotic. The invoicing has great customisation. Also the ability to view tasks in a list, Kanban or Gantt Chart layout is a great feature.

Cons: It is more project based rather than task based, so all tasks must have a project. Within those projects you have sections which are great but there's no where to archive or delete the sections once you've completed tasks within them. The intentions of projects of course are meant to be over a finite period of time, however I like to use programs like this for internal tasks and client work that is one-off tasks as well as projects. So for my requirements I do have to work around the restrictions of the projects a little.

Overall: Less overwhelm when trying to manage multiple projects and tasks.

Pros: Simplest user interface, best customer support, powerful reporting (especially job costing /profitability).

Cons: Customer account statements should be multilingual like the invoicing is, permissions should have more flexibility (as in choosing specifically which project info to share with team), should have an option for billing method that is "fixed fee" which will automatically be brought to an invoice, a calendar feature would be nice as well. :)

Overall: I just started using Avaza and believe the price is extremely worth it for the features you're getting. We have a small company with a tiny budget and I've tried over 15 softwares before finally finding Avaza, that has (almost) everything we need and is within our budget. The user interface is extremely simple to use, yet the reporting is powerful. The customer support is the best I've experienced so far. I hope this will be a long partnership with Avaza and I will not have to go through the hassle of testing dozens of softwares anytime soon.

Pros: Pretty easy to use and able to take control of the activities undertaken

Cons: At the timesheets reports, should not only include the hours per percentage by employed.

Overall: Avaza is a very useful tool to organize and keep track of hours used by customers. The system of project control, timing of activities and expenses made allows the entry of an easy and clear way, allowing to have a better control of the project to be carried out.

Pros: Avaza is flexible both in terms of features, as well as the two different user license seat types (love that). Also, the support is *excellent* and they are open about their feature roadmap, which is important to us. As a growing team, we see this as the single best option we have come across.

Cons: Like any feature-rich tool, I feel like it's going to take a while to understand how to use Avaza "properly", i.e., to its full potential. A set of videos showing how to use *all* of the features would be a great help here (I know this is on their roadmap). But they are great with other support, well above the norm. Looking forward to the videos though!

Overall: Allows us to run our business in very much the way we envision it, and make good on our promise to our customers.

Overall: With Avaza as not the case with other CRM/Project management tools is the all-inclusive functionality. Pros: I LOVE the customer service - they're responsive via chat or by phone and they've taken the time to bring my team members up to speed. Now what service takes the time to do that - awesome!

I also searched extensively and this is the only software I could find that can help me to project budgeting and project management. This is not easy to find, especially at an affordable price. Overall, I have to say that I've tried and purchased (regretfully) lots of software and Avaza has definitely been the only one that actually meets my needs!

Cons: The user interface isn't as "pretty" as some of the other softwares. It doesn't have robust social collaboration tools within the program.

Pros: Easy to install on tablets and phones; web version is full functioned. The Gantt charts by resource are so helpful for scheduling resources! It is a great all around app that is very easy to use.

Cons: Project dependencies between tasks is not as robust as other solutions. Mobile app on the Apple App store has not been updated in a couple of years (that said, it works and supports the common functionality). Gantt view for resource management not available on mobile apps.

Overall: We use this for contact management, contractor management, project management, and are looking at it for time and expense tracking as well. We may leverage the invoicing capabilities in the future.

Comments: I'm a business consultant who has used, recommended and implemented numerous applications in my career. When I began to look at billing applications for my own company, I probably looked at and compared a half dozen applications. Avaza stood out from the beginning and I have no regrets about selecting Avaza for my company.

Cons: The only improvement I would suggest is the ability to add balance forward invoicing so clients can see past due balances. Currently this is done by attaching a report, but that defeats the benefit of the easy email oriented customer invoicing.

Cons: Since comments on tasks works great, and its part of the flow, its unfortunate, that it doesn't auto update the page, so new comments will pop in. You have to refresh the entire page to see IF a new comments has arrived

Overall: Better ways to share a project between developer and clients.

Pros: I believe that one of the best features of Avaza is the clock that can be activated to record times of your activities while you are performing them from any platform, even from mobile devices. This allows you to have more accurate accountability for the tasks performed.

Cons: I'm still getting to know Avaza, but in general I've liked everything that I've explored so far. I would like to be able to configure my landing page on the tool to have the timesheets view per week as default when I log into the software.

Overall: With Avaza we have been able to better organize our projects through our organization in terms of tasks assignments and time accountability.

Pros: I love how fast and easy Avaz is to use, and how equally quick and easy it was to get started. Comments: Avaza hits the mark as a one stop shop for my IT consulting business when it comes to task management, invoicing and timesheets. The software is simple to use yet effective, providing everything we need in task management, timesheets, expenses and invoicing. Pros: We were looking for a project management software for our web development studio for a while. There are plenty of options out there. However, they are either too complicated or overpriced for the functionalities we need.

We use mostly project management and time tracking.

Avaza offers other great features as quotes and invoicing, but we use other software for these.

Cons: The settings and going around is not always 100% intuitive, but you can get your way around once you find out how everything work.

Overall: Project management with time tracking for reasonable price.

Pros: It's clean, organized, user friendly. Anything I have a question, they're right there to answer! It keeps all of our projects very organized. The project managers are loving how easy it is to use from their phones while they are out in the field.

Cons: Wish there were more options to customize. We don't use Avaza for time keeping or invoicing, so I don't really need that information on my dashboard. Also wish we could customize the notes section, add more characters, add some fields for information pertaining to each site, etc.

Comments: So far, Avaza is very intuitive once you spend a little bit of time with it. The pricing is very fair and the reason I give 5 stars for ease of use is, unlike other management software, this one is very bright. It isn't a dull gray boring system, it feels more like a social network, or maybe just familiar, I can't put my finger on it but I love it. The time tracking side of it also offers a couple of different options: you can start a timer for a task and immediately add it into a timesheet once you stop working or you can go back days and enter in time. The way projects are managed within the time tracker is also very simple and makes more sense than some of the competitors.

Pros: I really like how this software enhances my ability to communicate with fellow colleagues from different work spaces. I am able to list new jobs and input my work hours, creating a system where everyone is in the loop with timescales and productivity.

Cons: The new layout is very corporate. I don't particularly need to see invoices and sales/payments on my home page/dashboard, however everyone is different. Something more creative and visual would promote me personally into using this software.

Comments: Overall great product. We beta tested about three to four software programs before settling on Avaza.

Pros: The ability to facilitate multiple business processes in one software is both efficient but cost effective, particularly for a startup. We track all of our projects, project time, and invoices inside of Avaza.

Cons: The proposal portion of the software is a bit limited. It functions well, but as a creative agency we need the ability to create custom proposals, so we use another software to facility this part of our business.

Overall: I've been using Business and Project management softwares for a long time. But i kept changing them periodically because none of them fulfill all of my requirements.. some were more project oriented.. others more business/client oriented... but when i found Avaza i knew i had found THE ONE. Everything is in one place, i can be looking at my company project schedule at the same time I am looking at accounting data to know how the project is going and how profitable it is.

Pros: Ease of use. Great Support. Pay online function.

Cons: Invoice needs just slightly more editable areas but have been told this will be coming in March.

Overall: I can't believe how great the support is and help when you need it to help your business prosper with quick and easy invoice functions and project management. The app is a great add on also with Avaza.

Invoice templates are easy to create, and with some new edit options (coming soon I believe) it will honestly be the best thing I have signed up for. Such a time saver .

Honestly recommend it.

Comments: The platform is great as it combines PM with finance, but it has only two payment options: Paypal and Stripe. It explains this from the beginning. Generally this isn't an issue, but in this day and age, the risk of using this platform lies with only having PayPal and Stripe as payment processors and here's why. Paypal will freeze even business accounts if the sums are larger than what's federally permitted: $2,500 per day; $25K per month; or $9,999 per year; at any time. A sustainable company will beat that any day which is why PayPal is the worst payment processor service in history. In some cases PayPal will freeze accounts just for verification and there's no regard as to the recovery if someone simply doesn't agree with the paperwork --- understand. Don't confuse convenience with risk.

Pros: Mobile apps availability.

Cons: More third party integrations would be great.

Just got started, Happy to find one product that seems to understand consultant workflows.

Pros: Consolidates the Timesheet, Project Management software and multiple spreadsheets I was using to try to understand how my business was progressing. It seems to take a flexible approach to different ways of billing clients. The interfaces are clean. It is affordable, even for small businesses, but it doesn't skimp on features.

Cons: I would like to see 2-way integration with Xero accounting but U understand that is coming in a future release.

Overall: Consolidates my business processes

I found this to be very easy to use and quick to learn how to access various software features.

Pros: Real time tracking of project tasks and entry of sub-tasks for various activities allows for easy task tracking and updating. Layout of screens and project reporting features are very helpful.

Cons: I am colorblind so some of the icons for project tracking are difficult for me to differentiate between. Icons be done in solid circle graphic vs. linear circle icons...addition of some type of feature for visual impairments such as mine would be great.

They are open to customers requirements and willing to ameliorate their offer.

Cons: No dashboard customization (yet, but it's coming).

Pros: Has a user friendly web interface. Supports multiple mobile platforms. One sign on for Email , Project and time tracking.

Cons: Did not find any major flaws. However I had some difficulty finding a way to sum expenses by date ranges.

Overall: Easy of use with no special installations.

Pros: Great customer service. Excellent pricing! Does most of what I need it to do. I can manage projects and track invoices, etc all in one platform.

Cons: The interface needs to be more colorful, especially for creatives. It also would help to have a main dashboard to track all projects in one place. A daily list of tasks/to-dos would help as well.

Overall: A platform to keep up with all of my customers including leads and to be able to track my invoices all in one location.

Cons: It was a little confusing at first on my mobile until I found the tasks option in the menu. On the desktop it's super easy.

Overall: Great all-round tool that brings a whole load of useful functionality together in a simple to use product. This could replace a number of software tools in one hit and brings it all together in a coherent way.

I use Avaza to register timesheets in order to keep track of the amount of hours I dedicate.

Comments: Coming from WorkFront, Avaza is a much better experience and way less expensive for our organization. It reminds me a lot of Basecamp. Streamlined and sleek. One of the only drawbacks I see is a task can only have 1 Owner but multiple Followers. However, I haven't figured out how to get the tasks to show up on my dashboard if I'm just a Follower. That functionality could be improved.

Pros: We were using Workflowmax for time tracking and invoicing, and Freedcamp for project management as Workflowmax simply didn't work well (or at least not how we wanted to work) for project management and communication. We've successfully replaced the two systems with Avaza, saving us money and streamlining the business. No more flicking between two systems.

Pros: Very full feature set - it has everything I need to run my small business. The UI is super user friendly and intuitive. Just a great, well polished app all around.

Cons: The timeline view is not available on the mobile app for ipad, and I love that view but I can always use the web page. Its a small thing really and doesn't bother me too much.

Pros: Easy to use the time sheets to create invoices and use of category filters - quick to invoice and send.

Pros: The customer support team spent 1 hour per day for a week to assure me that I have all the necessary information I need before I paid for a subscription.

With Avaza we create separate projects for each client engagement and tasks can be accessed centrally. Pros: Extremely easy to use. I logged in and started using the application. And in about 5 minutes, I had submitted my first time sheet which had all the relevant details.

Cons: Ability to submit previous week's timesheet for approval. Not sure if that is a problem or I am not doing something right.

On the Global Timesheet popup, Timesheet Day view and Week view screens you will see a green Submit for Approval button if your timesheets need to be submitted for approval.

Pros: I really like the project timer. It makes it easy to track time without having to first select a client. When you stop the timer you are able to assign it to a client and task.

Cons: It would be nice if you could add tasks straight from the timer, but the inability to do so is not a dealbreaker.

Pros: Great structure, affordable price for a small company, they have great customer support and they guide you through with demo call.

Cons: Additional costs for users, scheduling not integrated yet with the task system (but should be done soon)

Overall: Optimization and good process management

Great product to stay on top of growing enterprise challenges.

Comments: I have been using the product for to mange our internal projects for a start up and it has been great experience. The solution not only addresses core needs very well but also helps with keeping track of small and sometimes overlooked things when running a projects.

Pros: Fresh, Modren and all you need features.

Cons: Would love to see Calendar support for managing events and visualising tasks by due date.

Very helpful for creating webinars and landing pages.

Pros: I like most that when you create landing pages, all themplates are mobile responsive. Another benefit is that you can personalize all elements.

Cons: I think the process when you want to redirect a landing page to another domain it's a little bit difficult.

The best project management software i have come across !

Pros: User friendly and Quick. I love the ios app. It reduces my time in getting the updates from team.

Time sheet and expenses marking is awesome.

Cons: Invoicing feature has to be considered. Dashboard has to be more interactive. Rest of the functionalities are perfect.

Pros: Really helps to be organized

Cons: Design, colors.

Overall: Using this has been incredible effectively for time scheduling and distribution of tasks. At this point, our team is able to handle it in a very easy way and be organized . Also, the design is too friendly, so it doesn't look very professional.

Recommendations to other buyers: To look more professional would it be nice

Pros: The complex operations - makes them easy. Have been using it perfectly since day one. I haven't had any problem and the functionalities are awesome. Would recommend it 100%.

Cons: Might be the response time sometimes but I guess that's involved with the hardware.

If you are looking to organize your business and it not cost an unfair amount, Then this is it, 100%

Pros: It's easy to use, fun to learn, and Visually and financially helpful. Helps to stay on tasks, and produce the products on time.

Overall: It helps my business to stay on task for what we told the consumer we would do. Step by step work day layout in an easy to use and see format.

Comments: Prior to using Avaza, we had to use various methods for communication, invoicing, time keeping, reports and keeping track of projects etc. The Avaza app has eliminated all of that and we can carry out these functions on one app as well as grant limited access to clients to inform us about their requirements.

Avaza is quite easy to use and knowing that there's someone to help whenever we run into trouble is great. I would recommend Avaza to businesses. We started out with the basic version which is free so as to get a feel of how it works before upgrading to the paid version.
