I found Avaza during a search for project management tools and I'm glad I did. It's a perfect one stop shop for our small business with invoicing thrown in and access for clients to upload files to their projects. The team have been very helpful too. Would recommend

Is an application that serves to organize and remember what has been done during the day, the only difficulty is to achieve to register all tasks on time and in order, which means to stop working to complete the avasa ... as a control mechanism is good.

Pros

Love the Invoicing and Project management features. We are an IT company and the invoicing feature has taken a lots of load of us. Project Management is just super though I am yet to utilize its full potential.

Cons

The minute details on the invoicing side sometimes takes a bit of time. Other than that all is good. Or maybe i need some more time on it. :)

Pros

Although I have only used Avaza for the past couple of months, I really like how easy the application is to use. In comparison to the last timesheet entry software I used, Avaza increases efficiency.

Cons

The only disadvantage I have experienced with Avaza is that it does not allow timesheet entries to be saved automatically.

I like that I can have all the admin, expense and invoicing in one place. CRM is not a needed from my perspective as if you put everything in one place then usually it starts to lack personalisation.

It's extremely easy to use. Was provided with a user guide but did not need to use it at all.

Cons

Can become unclear sometimes when you have submitted a timesheet which days have been sent for approval with just a slight change of the green colour to differentiate between them

I'm talking from a startup point of view. I have used Avaza to manage my projects on a very high-level. My developers as well as QA teams use the app too. Avaza is easy to learn and use for most type of businesses.

Pros

Easy to use and very easy to learn.

Cons

Lack of deailed or in depth project managment tools.

Pros

Very flexible, a lot better than for example Trello, you can organize you tasks in sections or filter by something else

Cons

In some places old school ui. Editor popup for task liiks a little bit unstyled. But of course its only my opinion :)

Cons

Disjointed and discontinuous interface - for example, multiple entrypoints into features like timesheets make the interface overwhelming.
