Avaza has been very helpful when it comes to managing project fixes/bugs/issues. We have been using it as a ticketing platform for our projects.

Pros

Avaza features are direct to the point and is the reason why project management in this platform is good because you can organize/customize it to the flow your team is used to.

Cons

Nothing in particular. Ease of use is all good.

Cons

Wish there was a chrome extension along to easily clock time without visiting the tab.

Avaza has really hit the sweet spot for the needs of our growing digital agency. We initially signed up for our time tracking needs but were pleasantly surprised by the depth of features. We were previously using two separate products for project management and invoicing but with Avaza all our needs are met by a single product.

Pros

All in one modules for client management, A lot of payment methods Easy to use

Cons

Options to add users can be made more easy (though its not that of a big deal)

### "Great! I was looking way to long for this application."

Avaza does everything I could wish for and so much more!

Pros

For a long time, I was looking for a decent project management web-app that allowed me to cover the whole process. From estimate to Invoice with task management in between. Avaza does just that! I tried it for 10 minutes before being totally convinced and bought a subscription. Already I am feeling like my business is running as a well oiled machine!

Cons

\- To bad that the iPhone app for Avaza is just a port from their mobile website. It feels outdated (no update in 3 years). - Not having the ability to copy Invoice templates to new templates. I have to manually type everything in Dutch again for every new template :(.

With Avaza I have better control over the timeline and status of my projects. I love the invoicing and ability to send out the invoices and communications directly from the app.

Pros

Great all in one software. Project management, to do lists, Gantt Charts, customizable reports, even estimates, invoices, and online payments. Can't live without it now.

Cons

Takes some time to customize everything to your personal work style but I think you would have that with any software you use. I wish that Avaza had a PC app that I could use instead on going online to use it.

Pros

The project management aspect of Avaza is ideal. I have used varying types of software and while trialing this one out, what stood out to me was the ease of invoicing and tracking project costs and expenses. Generating invoices and receiving payments for projects all in the same place where it is managed is highly convenient.

Cons

It is a web-based tool, which unfortunately means there is no PC/desktop version to utilize when offline, you need to be online to make use of this.

This software has enabled our company to successfully manage our client engagements. We can easily track our progress on project deliverables, and can ensure we stay on time and under budget.

Pros

Avaza is an extremely user-friendly project management tool that includes all of the important components of project management in one easy-to-use interface (i.e. project tasks, scheduling, timekeeping and expense management, invoicing, reporting, etc.). Their support is also top-notch. The support documentation on their website is very detailed, and the support team is always very quick to reply. In my experience, they have replied to me in just a few minutes when I chat with them using their support tool and they respond very quickly via email as well.

Cons

There are some features that do not currently exist in Avaza, such as the ability to send automatic overdue invoice reminders and the ability to apply detailed permissions to external/client users, however Avaza seems to be working constantly to improve the system and will take your input into consideration when documenting feature requests.

After looking at several apps, Avaza had an integrated solution that was simple and intuitive, and it's actually affordable. No complicated function add-ons, no over the top services. Definitely the top pick for start-ups like us and still has the functionality you need to run things on a bigger scale!

Pros

Look. Feel. So easy to use. We love how creating projects and organizing is simple and intuitive, yet leaves room for customization. The timesheet is easy to use since we don't have to tie in every single entry to a task prior to starting. The report options offered as default were helpful too! We have powerful visualizations without having to pay additional for the same thing. Other apps offer similar or even better reports, but with a hefty price tag.

Cons

\- Would have liked to assign multiple people to one task. - The task status only offers "not started", "in Progress", "completed", but would love to have a completion bar (i.e. 60% status completion) - Customizable reports? Would be nice.

We use Avaza to manage our projects for different clients (mainly to keep track of different tasks and assign them to different team members). Our other main use of the app is time tracking, every team member registers hours spent working on different projects and tasks in the app. Also of great help is the reports ability which enables us to quickly generate customized reports from all the data loaded onto the platform. The app also offers expense tracking, quotes/estimates and invoices.

Pros

Timesheets, tasks management, projects, expenses, quotes, invoices are very handily in the same application, so there is no need to use different software solutions, which means a lot of time is saved entering information and most importantly, reports can be easily generated from all this aggregated data.

Cons

Task, project, etc. categories and types are quite rigid so customizing everything to suit our needs was sometimes a little bit of a challenge.

Pros

The free functions of the product are very impressive. We were initially introduced to it via our digital marketing agency and have since made it our programme management tool of choice, the ability to customise views, time sheet tracking and other elements make it much better than some alternatives such as Trello.

Cons

The system is very impressive and I wouldn't be able to highlight anything obvious at the moment.

Great project tracking with tasks well organized, time tracking against tasks and very nice reporting as well as exporting data and importing.

Pros

I like that I can create project structure with sections, tasks and sub-tasks. All tasks can be tracked against time and completion and shown in nice gantt chart. Add estimates for each task Rich and custom reporting Assign users to tasks and add followers Capability for clients to have access and see progress of their projects Uploading files adding comments

Cons

It seams to take few extra clicks to start timer against task, like select project task and so on. I wish there was better integration with google drive. That dashboard is not be customized to user needs.

Avaza was a big leap for our company. We went from dealing with excel to overpaying for Harvest. We were able to leverage the same features (improved too!) for less. Avaza truly is an all-in-one scalable solution.

Pros

We're really fond of Avaza'z ability to play multiple roles at once. Not only does if function as a standalone billing department, but it also allows a team of consultants to manage their billable time and expenses.

Cons

Avaza does most things great, though they fall a little short when it comes to historical data. Historical data should be treated as a documented yet ever changing log. Instead, it's frozen in time and unmanagable. I believe Avaza could come up with a better solution for this.

Avaza presents itself as a robust management tool with good integrations, this is not the case.

Cons

After attempting to utilize the integrations offered by this app it was quickly discovered that the integrations did not meet our business requirements. Avaza does not offer refunds.

Pros

easily manage multiple projects and their tasks, very happy with the interactive UI and the team got hold of it pretty quickly. Also, the task notifications are received by the team member instantly on email. The pricing is good compared to its features and definitely stands out from its competition.

Pros

I would say that one of the best features Avaza offers is the project management feature. It was really easy to use and had allowed me to visualize the progress that was being made in each project.

Cons

Avaza is such a great software and it included way more than what I was expecting. But I think it would be better if the developers provided more frequent updates for the mobile app.

Reason for choosing Avaza

Other invoicing tools did not offer the option to get paid on Payoneer. Most of them were offering PayPal as the only way to get paid while Avaza is an official Stripe partner and is also integrating with Payoneer.

Pros

Avaza has everything that I could possibly need for my small online business: timesheets/time tracking, team scheduling, project management and invoicing. I am still discovering new feats and getting used to it. I love it so far. Beautiful, clean interface and it's easy to get the hang out of it.

Cons

So far I have not encountered any Cons, but I haven't used it long enough. Will keep exploring all of its capabilities.
