A nightmare with headache and many sleepless nights

Pros

The monthly cost. The monthly cost is significantly lower than most for the alleged functionality

Cons

Everything else. In particular, customer service is terrible. I'm currently having an issue that is affecting sales and cannot get any help. I will leave mbs as soon as i find a replacement and regret ever working with this company.

Pros

The ability to schedule my classes and quickly see the schedule. Some of the reports were wonderful.

Cons

When creating new passes or classes, I had to go through and change everything to add to them past offerings. Half of the reports did not pull accurate information. Outside of class & renewal reminders, there were not any automatic communications. I was not able to create email templates that could be triggered for different options. Customer support was horrible. It took an average of 3-5 days before I would get a response to an issue. Finally, I was promised an app when I signed up, one for clients & another for instructors, which was never done.

I would not recommend this company. They are still in the development stage of the program. Very frustrating to not have support. I asked specific questions on what they offering and they have not lived up to their promises. Waiting 3-5 for an answer to a question especially when there is not training support on the site is unacceptable.

Pros

I was looking for something that was similar to Mindbody which I am currently using.

Cons

There is no help topic section or training provided once you are setup. The mobile app is not functional. I was told an app was available before I purchased the program and it was not implemented until 30 days after my purchase. The support is not 24/7 as they advertise. I have to wait 3-5 days to get an answer to a question.
