Stock updates had to be managed separately per platform, which regularly led to discrepancies and the occasional overselling situation. Unicommerce brought that under control. Orders from all channels now come into a single interface, inventory syncs across platforms automatically, and we have a consolidated view of pending orders and stock positions without jumping between seller panels. As a founder who stays close to daily operations, that visibility has directly improved how quickly we can act on dispatch and restocking decisions. Things that previously required piecing together information from multiple sources. The setup took a 2-3 days and there is a learning curve involved, but once configured, the system has been stable and the integrations have required minimal upkeep. Pros The multi-channel inventory sync is the standout feature for us. Selling across six platforms simultaneously used to mean constant manual stock updates to avoid overselling - Unicommerce handles that automatically. The Shopify, Amazon India and Myntra integrations in particular are stable and low-maintenance once configured.
