Pros Unicommerce is giving us a consolidated order management across various channels (Shopify + Amazon) with centralized inventory management. The integrated view helps us track all our inward/outward movement of inventory and gives us detailed channel wise views of the orders and their status. It also has ready-made connectors/plugins for various D2C shipping providers and marketplaces. The centralized inventory management ensures that we have a single source of truth at all times. Cons It has a bit of a learning curve but the team is supportive to guide you through the journey. The web interface can be improved to make it more compatible for modern browsers. Stock updates had to be managed separately per platform, which regularly led to discrepancies and the occasional overselling situation. Unicommerce brought that under control. Orders from all channels now come into a single interface, inventory syncs across platforms automatically, and we have a consolidated view of pending orders and stock positions without jumping between seller panels. As a founder who stays close to daily operations, that visibility has directly improved how quickly we can act on dispatch and restocking decisions. Things that previously required piecing together information from multiple sources. The setup took a 2-3 days and there is a learning curve involved, but once configured, the system has been stable and the integrations have required minimal upkeep. Pros The multi-channel inventory sync is the standout feature for us. Selling across six platforms simultaneously used to mean constant manual stock updates to avoid overselling - Unicommerce handles that automatically.
