VERY very frustrating! We do not suggest anyone to purchase this software.... I would be 10x's the amount before doing this again. We can't even connect with support to remove our webpage from the web...and in the meantime continue to get double bookings and fines, etc. etc. There statement of " /7 SUPPORT" is absolutely false advertisement.!!!

Pros

We continue to try and use this program and with all the problems we have had in the 2 years we have had it, we have tried to be very patient, but its very frustrating when there is no responses to emails, no phone support, and the program doesn't work. I do not suggest purchasing this software program! It looks good, but is a nightmare to use. We have double bookings and penalties because RPM is not allowing Airbnb & VRBO to sync and we have sent several emails in the past 72 hours with no support...

Cons

NO SUPPORT, not user friendly, terrible calendar and no help to answer questions. HORRIBLE experience.

Fully property management for long term and vacation rentals the mix together is brilliant and exactly what we needed.

Pros

The software literally completed all aspects of our business requirements, with clear dashboards to give us an overview of how our business is going alongside easy to use yet intuative features for property, lease, booking and user management.

Cons

I really wish they would implement a commission tracking system for the landlords / owner side of the system, this to us is the only con.
