Brand Education Sr. Coordinator Retail Used the software for: 2+ years ### "A solid mid level learning platform with quick support and a well designed road map for new features" October 24, 2023 4.0 As our primary LMS for TNF retail, Wranx has been a great partner for providing learning and module based topics across product training. We are looking to expand usage and have it be the main source for all things product training across TNF Retail. Pros The quick support, ease of use, and implementation for over 3000 users on our retail side. Cons The confidence based metrics were good in theory but we found them to not be compatible with our learning culture. Pros I love the ease of use when learning about our North Face products. The mobile app is especially helpful when I don't have access to a computer. Intuitive navigation and very fun way to learn. They can tailor their training to what is significant to them. Cons It is a little cumbersome to get figure out the flow of the site. The learning is in one place and the classes another. But the good news is we are launching learning pathways very soon. Cons If I could change it, I would do away with if you knew the answer or not options. Maybe replace them with the multiple choice ones for all. It's up to your company whether or not they choose to include flashcards, but otherwise we have lots of other question types that can be used too. Multiple choice, as well as some new ones we've launched in the past year which are much more fun and engaging! Quizes and material are straightforward and engaging. Cons The text is extremely difficult to read. The font needs to be changed, because its very straining on the eyes. Cons Meiner Ansicht nach gibt es hier tatsächlich nichts zu bemängeln, was für die tägliche Arbeit relevant wäre. Eventuell technische Probleme, wenn die Software während der Nutzung mal einfriert.
