Pros: Entering orders is easy. I like that we can pull up a customer and if you begin to type in a recipient that they have sent to before- it will automatically fill in. Overall the basic, functions for entering orders and paying on accounts is easy to use and I can teach my employees easily. I like the reports section, so I can monitor sales except I wish there was a little more explanation to them. If I didn't use wire services, I would give this software a higher rating. When we do have an issue,though,customer support is very responsive and takes care of the situation usually same day.

Cons: It does not work well with our FTD website or Teleflora. Teleflora orders either don't ever come through Hana or it takes 3-4 hours for the order to print through Hana. Our FTD website orders come through fine but the 'add-ons' are lost in the 'notes' section and we don't always know the customer has ordered extra balloons etc. We cannot confirm Teleflora orders through the system. We have to baby sit teleflora and check to see what orders came through and which ones didnt. We have to use the teleflora interface to send messages etc. So I have to use Two interfaces.. Teleflora and Hana. I find the system is a little slow but I can't say whether its the software or our internet. We are getting higher speed internet to see if that iwll make a difference.

Overall: Hana POS has come a long way from when we started with it in 2014. When we had suggestions to improve the software, I felt like they really listened. More than anything, I wish the software integrated with FTD, Teleflora and FSN better so we would not have to go through the individual interfaces to send messages or confirm deliveries. We have had ups and downs with the software but I always felt like customer service would take the time to fix the issue.

Brianna, thank you very much for your feedback. We do not have integration with teleflora and in spite of several attempts, Teleflora is not willing to provide us official interface and hence the issues with Teleflora.

We noted your concerns on web orders coming from FTD. We will make the corrective action very soon.

Like the software but improvements are needed on the website side

Pros: Over all good product I like that is directed toward your personal businesses you can call or email for help daily it's nice talking to a person directly that is a lot more personal being able to print all tickets for all our orders is very important sense I own flower and wedding shops

Cons: Tickets print double happens a lot and our paper and ink are expensive I wish that there trading courses would be a lot more personal sometimes it's nice to have someone talking to you to walk you through the software there is a lot to use that we have not yet got to the more we learn and the more knowledge we have is a great advantage to us and you we are always telling other businesses about the products and software that work

As for tickets printing double, this happened a few times. We have identified the source of this and this is now permanently resolved.

Pros: There are many things, address shows up as I'm typing making it quicker to add the info, driver/dispatch app to confirm deliveries right away. Product integration saving me time typing products. If I have any questions, Hana responds quickly. I've worked with many other POS systems, never have I received response time in as quick as a manner like Hana has provided.

Cons: The least is on the proposals, I would just like the information I type in to be saved as I go with or without the addresses or "required" items being filled in. Simply because if I get interrupted for a moment after typing some of the info, it has been lost. I know they plan to work on this situation soon. I've mentioned it and they are looking in to correcting the issue.

Overall: I have recommended Hana to florists because they have accommodated me many times when I have a need. They check in often to ask my opinion or if I have any problems. Sometimes it's hard to hear them over the phone, but I am able to message them making it convenient if I'm not at the shop or if I'm working with clients not able to speak to them. I like the control I have with my products and the knowing that they will provide control for me if I need them to.

Interesting features with much potential. Great bang for your buck. Some functionality to work out.

Pros: There is a lot of potential with this software. They have many intriguing features such as the app that allows drivers to confirm deliveries with a signature, picture of arrangement, method of delivery, and delivery time. Automatic invoice and delivery confirmation emails work well. Ability to create products with preset descriptions and prices. Autofill for repeat recipients of any given customer.

Cons: Many minor technical glitches and functional errors. Pictures with delivery confirmation do not show up on delivery confirmation email to sender (at least not most of them). Proposals do not transfer over to invoices perfectly. Invoicing doesn't allow to set net term period. Individual invoices do not allow for multiple delivery locations. Sender phone number doesn't appear on full receipt. Delivery instructions do not appear on driver's dispatch app. Inability to pull repeat recipient info if sender is different.

Pros: It does what I need it to do for a moderate cost.

Cons: Some of the reports are not complete. They do not contain all the information. But just simple fixes that we can recommend and they will do.

Overall: It does what the big expensive POS that the floral industy has at a more affordable price. If I have a question they are very responsive. I really like using Hana POS.

Pros: Ease of use with order taking all on one page and everything else accessable from home page and easy to find

Cons: It would be nice if we could print an invoice at the time in order input so we can bill customer immediately. speeds up cash flow!

Overall: easy order entry, easy employee time tracking, easy delivery tracking. Tells me if i forgot something on order entry. easy payment entry.

THE POS SYSTEM IS GREAT AND THE SUPPORT STAFF IS EVEN BETTER!!!

Pros: THE ABILITY TO FILL IN BLANKS FOR US AND FOLLOW THE ORDER COMPLETELY THROUGH

THE FUNERAL LOG IS GREAT THE DISPATCH SAVES US FROM DELIVERING ORDERS ON THE WRONG WEEK THE END OF DAY CC AND SALES SUMMARY ARE PERFECT

Cons: STILL HAS A FEW BUGS TO WORK OUT TO GET FROM ONE THING TO ANOTHER BUT THE PROGRAMERS ARE WORKING EVERY DAY TO BE BETTER AND BETTER

Overall: I have used a pos system for 30 years--Teleflora, Ftd, The POS and this by far is the BEST system I have used. I love it and the support staff is right on the button helping if we have a problem

Pros: The ease of the program and the features have been fantastic. I love how we can customize products, prices, and delivery rates. I also love the new funeral tracker!

Cons: I wish there were an option to see the PICK UP tickets. The Events Calendar could be a little more user friendly but we are getting the hang of it.

Overall: The ease of taking orders is the biggest benefit for me.

This is a good software only a few gliches.

Pros: What I like the most is the easy of use with this software. If anything is wrong the usually fix it very quickly.

Cons: What I like the least about this software is that it is not compatable with Quickbooks online. I would be easier that have to do a daily journal entry.

Pros: It is easy to put orders in for supertickets. The customer service is good when you do have a problem.

Cons: Its hard to find customer in the new system and make payments. The system keeps changing payment information from credit card to paid outside of Hanna for web orders.

Web Orders can be at the mercy of the Web Speed, which is usually not an issue

Overall: This POS is very comprehensive and offers alot of great features. It is a Great work in process that gets better every time there is an update made. It covers alot of unique requirements from Local Florist

Recommendations to other buyers: Be patient with it and it will reap rewards. It has alot of offer for all Florist

Pros: It accepts orders from Flower Shop Network and 800 Flowers

Cons: Continuous problems with printing issues, blamed on our equipment, but apparently cosmopolitan in the "HANA community". FSN orders are not not confirmed through this POS, though I am told that they are. Customers tell us differently.

Overall: If I knew then what I know now, I would never have initiated this relationship. That said, the customer support is excellent, unless it is a holiday. That said, I have been told that the errors that I claim to be in existence are not there, by a manager, in effect, calling me a liar. I do not appreciate that. Because I am a Christian, and, as a follower of Jesus, called to forgive and graciously resolve issues, I have not, yet, discontinued my relationship with HANA POS. I am not always gracious, when continuing issues are not resolved. We are paying for convenience, and this is not always convenient. I have started my research on other POS systems, and may change over at the first of the year.

Pros: It's is a very functional for the most part

Cons: The lack of customer support it's very hard to get them to understand issues .

Pros: This POS is user friendly and meets the requirements of most florists.

Cons: A lot of the features are not active. However, the engineers have been working diligently to give us the features we want.

Pros: Does almost everything a florist would require. Logs incoming and outgoing wire orders as well. Very robust, reporting is great as well.

Cons: Screen is full of areas to fill in and check off. Wish it was split over 2 screens, but the program does what it says it does. Fantastic client service. Most of the time if I log a request, they are calling me withing 30 seconds !! That's pretty good service.

Overall: Does what we want it to do in a flower shop environment.

Easy to use and very quick to respond with any questions you have.

Pros: I really like the mobile delivery confirmations. The ability not only get a digital signature, but also attach a photo to the confirmation is a really nice feature.

Cons: The only thing that really bothers me is if you do not use Chrome, you are constantly reminded to use Chrome.

Overall: Streamlined the order taking and dispatch. So many nice features that just makes things easier.

Learning curve in the beginning, but once set up it is easy to use

Pros: Customer support is great, relatively easy to use once set up, can be re-configured to adjust particulars of the store

Cons: Not always logical as to where i can look for a particular feature, could be more visual, would like to have a more visually appealing and possibly customisable front page

Pros: We love the mobile app and how easy it is to take pictures and send it right to the order. It is all on one screen too. so that is great! And they call you to check up on you to see if you have any questions

Comments: Love the program. It makes following Wire Service orders with problems a snap. All correspondence concern an order are together in one place - no hunting for paperwork!!

Placing an order is easy with everything on one screen. Delivery confirmation to the shop and the customer are completed with a very simple text message. Customer service is great, too. any time I don't know how to do something they give me an email right back or take over my screen and show me how to fix my mistake.
