I love the ease of use for the regular Point of Sale, and order taking; and that I can dispatch the deliveries easily to different drivers.

Pros

I love that the system ingrates with the wire services I use for my shop, and that I have the ability to print out card messages.

Cons

The proposal system is not easy to use at all. They did have all the flower varieties and colors loaded, and when they did add that after I made the list it still wasn't exactly what I had hoped for. You cannot adjust the stem use say using only a small percentage of the stem, and I had to provide details on the cost of the stems.

Reason for choosing Hana POS

They had the most user friendly system that was easy to learn and had a lot of the features I was looking for.

Floranext did not integrate with my wire services so it added a lot of extra work for me.

It does what the big expensive POS that the floral industy has at a more affordable price. If I have a question they are very responsive. I really like using Hana POS.

Pros

It does what I need it to do for a moderate cost.

Cons

Some of the reports are not complete. They do not contain all the information. But just simple fixes that we can recommend and they will do.

easy order entry, easy employee time tracking, easy delivery tracking. Tells me if i forgot something on order entry. easy payment entry.

Pros

Ease of use with order taking all on one page and everything else accessable from home page and easy to find

Cons

It would be nice if we could print an invoice at the time in order input so we can bill customer immediately. speeds up cash flow!

I have used a pos system for 30 years--Teleflora, Ftd, The POS and this by far is the BEST system I have used. I love it and the support staff is right on the button helping if we have a problem

THE ABILITY TO FILL IN BLANKS FOR US AND FOLLOW THE ORDER COMPLETELY THROUGH THE FUNERAL LOG IS GREAT THE DISPATCH SAVES US FROM DELIVERING ORDERS ON THE WRONG WEEK THE END OF DAY CC AND SALES SUMMARY ARE PERFECT

Cons

STILL HAS A FEW BUGS TO WORK OUT TO GET FROM ONE THING TO ANOTHER BUT THE PROGRAMERS ARE WORKING EVERY DAY TO BE BETTER AND BETTER

The ease of taking orders is the biggest benefit for me.

Pros

The ease of the program and the features have been fantastic. I love how we can customize products, prices, and delivery rates. I also love the new funeral tracker!

Cons

I wish there were an option to see the PICK UP tickets. The Events Calendar could be a little more user friendly but we are getting the hang of it.

Pros

It is easy to put orders in for supertickets. The customer service is good when you do have a problem.

Cons

Its hard to find customer in the new system and make payments. The system keeps changing payment information from credit card to paid outside of Hanna for web orders.

Pros

What I like the most is the easy of use with this software. If anything is wrong the usually fix it very quickly.

Cons

What I like the least about this software is that it is not compatable with Quickbooks online. I would be easier that have to do a daily journal entry.

Does what we want it to do in a flower shop environment.

Pros

Does almost everything a florist would require. Logs incoming and outgoing wire orders as well. Very robust, reporting is great as well.

Cons

Screen is full of areas to fill in and check off. Wish it was split over 2 screens, but the program does what it says it does. Fantastic client service. Most of the time if I log a request, they are calling me withing 30 seconds !! That's pretty good service.

We like the Hana operating system, but support has been a challenge with language like trying to understand what they are saying and explaining what we are needing to be fixed. That causes a lot of extra work.

Pros

I like the way Hana keeps us really organized. Lots of nice features for house accounts and billing.

Cons

Wish we could text a receipt to customer. Or add multiple deliveries to one transaction.

Streamlined the order taking and dispatch. So many nice features that just makes things easier.

Pros

I really like the mobile delivery confirmations. The ability not only get a digital signature, but also attach a photo to the confirmation is a really nice feature.

Cons

The only thing that really bothers me is if you do not use Chrome, you are constantly reminded to use Chrome.

Customer support is great, relatively easy to use once set up, can be re-configured to adjust particulars of the store

Cons

Not always logical as to where i can look for a particular feature, could be more visual, would like to have a more visually appealing and possibly customisable front page

Love the program. It makes following Wire Service orders with problems a snap. All correspondence concern an order are together in one place - no hunting for paperwork!! Placing an order is easy with everything on one screen. Delivery confirmation to the shop and the customer are completed with a very simple text message. Customer service is great, too. any time I don't know how to do something they give me an email right back or take over my screen and show me how to fix my mistake.
