It's super easy to setup, use. There are useful templates available to start with as well. Cons Not much useful for complex websites, but can be used easily for CMS websites. It's so much easier to use and maintain and the CMS is class-leading. Add to that good pricing and super reliability and security, we don't develop sites on anything else Cons Can be complex to get started if you don't have a web design background, but the Webflow University is so good that even a beginner can get started and make their own site, with little training. Pros Webflow worked extremely well for creating clean websites quickly with limited or no code, and it was great how easily they incorporated responsive design for multiple devices. Pros It doesn't require coding knowledge. Websites built on Webflow don't rely on plugins and are insanely fast. Easy to tweak and make mobile responsive. Manipulate style and content separately, in realtime, to rapidly build websites that are ready to depot and work. The WebFlow CMS is smooth and allows you to build complex data driven sites like a mail merge. The system promises to beat WordPress, hands down as it doesn’t confuse the use of CSS for style and HTML for content. Cons The Webflow hosting service is ridiculously expensive compared to most other good hosting services (even accounting for the CDN provision) and the system will only allow you to export code for static sites, meaning if you want to use the powerful CMS (the best part of the entire offering) you are bound to Webflow’s hosting. Deal breaker for me. It's easy to use and customize (especially for someone like me, who doesn't have a lot of website building experience). Pros Trying to find the software to host our new website was a struggle. But once we found Webflow, we got our site up and running (and looking AMAZING) in weeks! Webflow is very easy to use, has great functionality/design for our needs. I have experience with some other builders and Webflow is really really good. Pros It has the best tutorial videos I've ever seen. Love it and can't wait to work more with Webflow which has lots of features and the way they've created the web building process is great. It's somewhere between builders like Elementor or Wix and writing code by yourself because some knowledge is needed to use it. Cons Video tutorials are great but tooltips inside the tool were annyoing and not useful at all. Also, keep in mind, you need to know some HTML/CSS basisc to use it. Pros For someone with very little web design experience, it has great free tutorials! You can explore and play with the web-based program before investing too much money into a monthly subscription. Cons They make it very hard to use your own host space to make the website life and you have to buy the expensive package to get rid of their branding at the bottom of the website. I was impressed by how simple it was to implement the code into our wider codebase. Pros Creating webpages is incredibly easy in Webflow. It can be done without any technical expertise. On top of that, the pages can be incredibly complex and beautiful with the features of Webflow. Cons Editing mobile web pages is certainly possible, but it can be very tedious.
