I had accidentally deleted a QR Code that I was told was unrecoverable. Fortunately I still had my link, my QR Code, and category. The AMAZING customer service rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the tech team took time to reinstate the QR Code and put it back in my account!! Literally, I thought the code was gone forever and I have it back and now it can be used without me reprinting EVERYTHING. Cons I just wish it were free. There are a lot of QR Code companies out there with free services. I came upon this one through another business - and I feel like I have to have the account in order to keep my QR code live... And customer service personally emailed me and responded rapidly when I had a question. Whenever needed, customer services has been quick and efficient. Cons So far the only downside is having to go through customer service to get the results data for all the codes (otherwise, one can only analyse 10 at a time). Cons Some of the customised QR codes were not working properly. For some reason they couldn't be scanned. It was after i put the company logo the problem appeared.
