Pros Customer service is second to none. Always available to support, help and guide you. Cons Need to keep up on with what's happening in today's pharmacy world that is constantly changing and demand more of the pharmacist. Unfortunately, SRS need to take note of that. I know that there are attempts to address such, however, more is needed at this time. SRS does not do any training and on-going updates unless individually asked.
