I don't want to use it anymore.

Pros

it took me a while to understand a fraction of function. I had only make calles and left comments, and moved leads in the progress line.

Cons

difficult to find the right customers in borwser, to manage the task after long break. create pipeline of customers and reports. Without a lot of work and patience I would though out through widow the computer.

Pros

I use this to gather data for marketing purposes. It does a great job in keeping my data organized and easy to go back to and edit. I was able to help my company with marketing a lot with this software.

Cons

I do not like that you cannot share an account with other employees or have multiple employees use your account. I get it, they need money.

We were looking at some CRM alternatives to the very basic CRM included in our current ERP system. We have not yet decided to implement CRM as all of the CRM platforms look fairly complex. However, if we were to implement CRM in the future, Salesforce would be a strong contender.

Pros

Definitely an industry-leading CRM solution. The possibilities and options are seemingly endless. Salesforce has aggressively acquired many different apps to continue to add more features to its product. There is also the app exchange where you can download a multitude of apps that work in the Salesforce platform. It's actually more of a platform than simply a software.

Cons

When we were reviewing Salesforce, the magnitude of options and customisation available were a bit overwhelming. I also tried out some of the Salesforce Basecamp training modules. I found the cartoony art a bit off-putting, and the examples in the training modules were not very practical. (For instance, learn how to program a software robot by making a Mars Lander probe). I applaud Salesforce for all of their success and innovation. However, it did seem a bit overwhelming and a huge, complex system.

salesforce is a good software but not everything is perfect, some redesign of the platform and necessary

Pros

the platform has many ready-to-use integrations. APIs allow developers to create custom integrations. very easy to use and user friendly platform to manage sales account, opportunities, leads

Cons

the software is not perfect integration with other platforms is necessary for optimal use, for example the integration of Docusign an overhaul of the interface is also important

we are making the switch over to zen desk. as alot of the features are built right into there base setup. we are hoping it will streamline our return process immensley. raising up production

easy to use different modes phone logs so that you can manually log phone calls marcos for easy emails transactions

Cons

no intergration options unless you are in the pro plan tech support is lacking support this cost more than most softwares premium plan even after you have been with them over 2 years

Pros

Slaesforce has been instrumental in connecting all of our teams and our various workflows into one system that helps automate the whole process.

Cons

any real integrations will take an expensive developer to get it all working correctly. The apis are fairly easy to use, but anything out of the built in functionality is a bit tricky.

I started using Salesforce when I first started my insurance business about 3 years ago. While shopping around for CRM's, I came upon it and selected the Manager version, which was the cheapest at the time. This is WAY lower than the other insurance CRM's on the market. So far it's working for my office and I would recommend it to anyone needing a CRM (just Salesforce Manager version)

Pros

Accessibility: both on desktop and mobile app, very reliable User management: easy to add user Tech Support: very friendly and professional (too technical sometimes)

Cons

Set up: features are hard to set up. I had to Tech Support a couple of times for help. Reliabilitly: This is just one example. My producer changed one field for one client and it changed that same field all the clients. Don't know why. Has yet to call tech support to fix it. Task management: monitoring tasks assigned to users requires running a report. If I assign recurring tasks to my user the report will return the recurring tasks in the future which isn't very useful. It'd be great if there's a quick popup where I can see the reminders/incomplete tasks of my user. Tech Support: respond time too long

We use Service Cloud to handle support inquiries for our clients. They send us an email or call with a question, and we can automatically create a case with all needed information, track the case through stages, up until when it's resolved with all the information needed.

Pros

I like the ability to create, edit, track, and utilize the Cases feature for customer problems or inquiries. It gives us a 360-degree view of customer needs and helps us resolve them organized and quickly.

Cons

I don't have any cons at the moment. Service Cloud is customizable, and that allows us to bypass the standard customization to make it work for our use case.

This software can house any type of data for your organization that you need it to. The key is picking the add-ons you want and need and making it all work well together. This isn't for everyone, and I would recommend having a specialist close by or on staff.

Pros

Salesforce is huge. They have any type of integration for data tracking and management you can think of. Salesforce works with non-profits and donor management, too. It can be your one stop for everything you need for leads, contacts, customers, or donors.

Cons

Salesforce can be so massive, it feels almost impossible to know well. Depending on your needs, the types of add-ons to make it work and the ability to utilize it well gets more and more complicated. There are also usually very expensive charges to migrate to Salesforce (in the thousands of dollars). I would recommend having a specialist on staff (or paying for training) to make the best use out of this software.

Customer service is slow to respond and it seems that they are contracted service reps. Need more human touch to explain in plain terms what steps and features might be helpful.

There's definitely a learning curve, but ultimately I feel that the benefits are worth the time investment that the team had to make.
