Pros

I don't know about you, but at my company, support is the heart of our product. Before Desk, though, we were juggling Outlook emails, duplicating responses, and it was all too easy for something to slip through the cracks. Now, we're saving time, money, and building customer loyalty thanks to Desk's intuitive processes. Need awesome case management tools, API integration, and an easy to use UI interface to help you manage your team? Desk makes it a breeze!

Cons

Brief service outages (perhaps, simply due to updates?) are really the only show-stopper, but I love that when these infrequent glitches happen, the Desk team makes it easy to tell that they're (1) working on a solution and (2) doing it quick!

In SalesForce, I really like to generate reports, distribute tasks and monitor their execution. Although the system is complex, you can understand it.

Cons

When choosing a tariff plan, do not forget to specify how you will communicate with technical support. The cost we chose does not include talking on the phone, which is sometimes uncomfortable.

Cons

I don't have any problems so far. Maybe we could say you need a powerful computer if you want to open several apps fril Salesforce at the same time !

The support and trained administrators can help you create the workflows you need to make your business thrive.

Cons

It appears cumbersome to learn and that perception by newbies can seem overwhelming. But after they get in there and use it, it is pretty smooth sailing. Overall, I can't think of any real cons. We have been successful in using it and customizing it to our needs.

Pros

Integration with Salesforce obviously makes this product easy peasy to use. Further, it makes it easy to extract as much value as possible.

Cons

I haven't encountered any problems with this product. As for the vendor, I've never had any problem getting issues resolved when I need to call the Salesforce folks. They are typically very timely and friendly which is appreciated.

Salesforce CRM is just a perfect solution for a company as it not only gives the CRM solution but also provides the satisfaction survey as well helps in develop the multiple reports, as it is a centralized system. It is easy to understand and adaptable moreover customization as well. It helps to track the customers as well as it is helpful in increasing the employees productivity.

Cons

Pricing: For some small businesses, pricing may also be an issue. Drag and Drop: It would be great to be able to drag and drop a file directly. Training & Development: It’s not a user friendly platform. It would be better, if Salesforce can start conducting training session for new users.

Pros

Ability to track leads and record progress. I used Salesforce everyday to enter my leads in and to watch progress of any related business unit leads. The software helped me become more organized and be on top of things.

Cons

Numerous tabs. Maybe drop down menu can help improve interface. This is really the only con I can think of.

Pros

I use Salesforce CRM for 4 months. I like the fact that the personal account displays the history of interaction with customers, which makes it convenient to study sales analytics. Also a big plus is the availability of a tool for creating surveys among company employees and customers.

Cons

Among the shortcomings I will note the complicated process of creating reports. Sometimes it takes from 10 to 15 minutes to create a small report, and I may need dozens of such reports a day.

I am a SF Community Admin and we just started using SF Communities. We already use SF for our internal sales team, services, financial team and support department, but we are very new to the client facing aspect of Salesforce. So far I am very pleased. The clients are excited about the knowledge we are able to present to them, the portal - case and portal - chat features, the chatter Q&A and the ability to post product ideas. As an admin, I am impressed with all the training tools and the ability to learn on the go. I recommend this product to everyone I know.

Lots of incoming and outgoing e-mails can be made at once and you can track them all easily. Customer service is helpful.

Cons

I did not find it very easy to use. Only one person can work on a ticket at a time and other users won't be able to work on it. The interface could improve and be more user-friendly.

It's easy to dive into Sales Force because of the Trail Blazing app. A lot of great core functionality but doesn't contain any flashy features.

Cons

Setting up some of the Groups/Rules can be a bit difficult even with the training. It's easy to get started but not intuitive when it comes to customization.
