Salesforce Service Cloud ne regorge pas de fonctionnalités mais permet de gérer facilement les tickets de support client, les interactions sur les réseaux sociaux, les connaissances clients, les chatbots et les analyses de performances dans notre cas. Le point fort réside pour nous dans la personnalisation de l'outil

Cons

Dans un milieu / environnement restreint, Salesforce Service Cloud peut être plutôt onéreux. Nous envisageons d'ailleurs de changer de solution pour une moins chère. La courbe d'apprentissage est également longue et il faut le prévoir dans les ressources.

The Salesforce CRM is a solid option for our sales org. However, many functions cost extra. The tools for monitoring your business accurately may not be included in the base software. Be prepared to spend extra money for features like commissions and splits tracking and unique scheduling.

I don't use Salesforce Service Cloud myself, but supported the implementation and data analysis.

Pros

Like (almost) every Salesforce product, the Service Cloud integrates uniquely well into business processes. By implementing additional fields and, if necessary, objects, the Service Cloud adapts very well to the company's requirements without causing a lot of effort in the implementation. Own implementations in Apex are only sometimes necessary.

Cons

Since Salesforce Service Cloud, as the name suggests, is hosted in the cloud, all knowledge about customers is handed over to another vendor. I don't see this as problematic, but I have seen customers with concerns/fears.

This is especially helpful when used with the SFDC mobile app. The integration with SFDC Sales Cloud allows me to get up to speed on customer cases and issues so that I can improve the customer experience from an account management perspective and work directly with the support team to help resolve issues. This solution has enabled me to provide quick insight and solutions to my customers, that used to take days or weeks to research.

Pros

Integration with CRM and real time data. Ability to view customer cases from mobile device and communicate with services support team through chatter.

Cons

The program isn't that user-friendly and would benefit from someone in the office specifically being assigned to deal with it ,to help people through the learning curve .

Pros

Ease of use is excellent, even there is no lag when searching the information in the sales force tool. Access to two different interfaces console and service helps to work in our comfort zone.

Cons

There is no such cons bug only thing which can be suggested is about the display/interface. interface can be updated as it should look more easily and simple rather then clumsy.

Managing customer needs on another interface is typically difficult, but this software simplifies the customer relationship process. It makes interactions more seamless for both customer and provider alike.

Cons

Learning curve can be steep for the uninitiated with Salesforce. Responding to complaints can be cumbersome.

Pros

My organization does a great job of keeping up with this software so it is very user and customer service friendly

Cons

The search function isn't the "smartest". If you don't include a space or spell something incorrectly it doesn't always find what you need

Pros

Desk.com is dead simple to use. It was particularly easy to get up and running on the platform. Tens of thousands of words in hundreds of articles on dozens of topics. Integrating our Facebook and Twitter streams, setting up the support center with our custom design ethic, setting up the backend case management rules. Etc etc. It was a lot of work, but Desk.com made managing the switchover to their system a tolerable thing. They are very thoughtful about onboarding, which is refreshing.

Cons

Like Salesforce itself, the Desk system can be a bit needlessly complex.

A very flexible CRM that allows entire company to have a great overview of the business, it has easy integration with salesloft.

Cons

The set up at the beginning can be difficult migrating the data from the previous CRM, but in the end is worth it

This is a great cross-platform tool that is easy to implement. It's robust enough to get pretty complex with processes, but unfortunately there is a learning curve to this kind of customization. The price is a bit high, especially if you're not taking advantage of said customization.

Our team uses the visual dashboard to track works and what we do for our clients. The record keeping and team working together are what I enjoyed most.

Cons

Seems to be working fine but be prepared for the limits before investing into it but it sure have features that will help sales.
