Using Salesforce Cloud for our events has made it so much easier to keep track of enrollment to all of our events. The initial setup is a bit of work however once in place, the maintenance and use of the software are pretty straight forward. I enjoy being able to clone templates from previous events and customize them to our needs whether it is for a training or a tech show. It's also very user-friendly when it comes to tying the software to a tablet, iPad or iPhone. Great product and look forward to seeing what this product can do for us in the future.

Pros

I love how easy it is to track customers and create leads, cases, etc associated with those customers. Since you add cases on a contact level, you can remember who you were working with at a company on a specific project, issue, etc.

Cons

The dashboard could be a little more modern.

Overall experience was great! It was super easy to set up and operate. I had to change a number of settings, but it was pretty simple and easy. I found the auto-assignment rules saved time and streamlined tasks.

Pros

I like that the software allows you to offer help customers and mobile employees no matter where they are with its platform.

Cons

I think there are some limited options with pre-built data fields. The software doesn't let you update labels to fit certain situations.

Salesforce is incredibly versatile, does all the usual things such as order / client history, surveys, satisfaction results, etc. Learning it is pretty straight forward and plenty resources to find out what you don't know.

Cons

Customising Salesforce is a pain, it takes a long time to accomplish, which obviously has a direct impact on budget. Not so sure about the forecasting part either.

Pros

It's easy to add a level of transparency to client interactions among our client support team. It's easy to add articles and easy to add/use macros for commonly asked questions. Filtering emails to reps is fairly easy.

Cons

I wish you could customize the help center a little more. When more than one rep supports an account, it can get a little messy. It's also limiting on signature customization.

I liked the design of the interface of the Service Platform. I also loved that the cases feature was more info the future with the design and layout

Cons

I didn't like it because I could not like to my CRM that I use. I also hated it because I could not integrate with the Telephony platform I use either. Some of the features that are in other products are not all available within the Software

App works pretty well, I use this on the rare occasion that I need access to SF and am not on a computer. Interface is (mostly) fast and responsive.

Cons

Not much benefit to using this over the mobile site, at least for my use case. The app may be slightly faster, but not sure it's worth the space on the device.

The product was easy to set up. We went from multiple Gmail addresses to a single Helpdesk hub in less than 24 hours. When questions arose, a phone call and resolution were accomplished within minutes. Creating macros for automated responses is as simple as selecting options and writing a paragraph.

Cons

Some of the features are buried under headings that may not make a lot of sense.
